I rate the pricing as a one since it is included in what I am already paying for, as part of the Microsoft 365 E5 licensing.
Pricing and licensing are usually user-based, especially for cloud solutions, and seem fair.
I'm not sure of the exact pricing of the solution. It's cheaper than our previous option. The cost is not much of an issue at the moment.
