We can do via photoshop or F12 Developer Tools I totally understand but if you wanted to do for 500+ of different scenerio then via photoshop is a tedious task and not good though. So we thought of automating this stuff to make the process faster.
Anyways I got the idea how to do that via QTP. Thank you for reading and replying to my post.
And why would this be in QTP ?? This would be solved with Photoshop, web page development apps and some other applications out there fairly easily....this would be tedious task through QTP, if attempted as it would be hard coded through object spy functionality, where you can pinpoint a object on it X and Y axis. However, IM (Humble) O, the purpose of QTP is to test for repeated functionality and if repeated, the above code would need constant maintenance.
What is the purpose and background of such testing? its possible, but I am not sure where this would apply and if it would be worth it....though images are playing such a importance on the net lately, I can see testing happening for FB and Instagram vis-a-vis ad space real estate....but need the purpose to give a better solution.
