Perfect solution to avoid travel expenses. Good collaboration tool.

Use Of Solution:

Valuable Features:

Web meetings and training.

Improvements To Organization:

Allows me to meet with team members or customers online. It's cost effective and we don't incur any long distance charges on various devices.

WebEx Social has allowed us to be more productive.

Room For Improvement:

The tool set is slightly complicated to use.

Deployment Issues:

We haven't experienced any issues with deployment.

Stability Issues:

Initially 3 years ago but it's very stable now.

Scalability Issues:

We haven't experienced any issues with scalability.

Technical Support:

Very good

Previous Solutions:

We used Skype, Lync and Teamviewer.

Initial Setup:

It's a straightforward web based product with some add-on installation on applications like explorer and office suite.

Implementation Team:

In-house.

ROI:

Very high- it cut travel and enabled worldwide meetings which were almost impossible otherwise.

Setup Cost:

$200 initially and about .75 cents a day.

Other Advice:

I highly recommend this product. It's a perfect solution to avoid travel expenses. It's a good collaboration tool with no Geo limit for training and learning.
