The dashboards/reports provide excellent and concise information/results. Also, it provides a good amount of information via the dashboard.
The data load and the configuration of the front end was not very easy. One of the main issues was that the SAS macros used by SAS SPM, as well as the underlying MySQL database was a bit of a "black box" solution in terms of maintenance.
