I use Microsoft Bookings for scheduling meetings and appointments, but it is not really being used. No one has actually used it.

Microsoft Bookings should be easy to use, and the advantage is that external people can book a meeting and find my free time.
It is customizable in terms of being able to book half hour or one hour or different time slots. There are some benefits there.
It comes with our Microsoft E5 licensing package.
What needs improvement?
There is very little room for improvement.

I have not tried it. I do not know if there are any stability issues.

Microsoft Bookings only integrates with Outlook.

I have not dealt with Microsoft support in a very long time.
Documentation is good. Online support is terrible.
I do not believe that most of the support people on Microsoft.com actually work for Microsoft.

No one is actually clicking the link in my signature, so no one has actually booked a meeting with me that way since I put it in there. I cannot really comment too much on previous solutions.

The setup process works as expected.

I would not say there is a positive return on investment.

All of the Microsoft Office products are included in the setup cost.
