What is most valuable?

It's a flexible APM solution that can be deployed across multiple applications. It's hugely configurable in terms of how the data is presented and categorized. It's reliable, with low administration overheads once up and running.

How has it helped my organization?

It provides customer insight and behaviour. It's improved our alerting, monitoring and reporting. It proactively identifies problems.

What needs improvement?

Scaling out requires the added cost of multiple servers, and we don't have plans to do that.

For how long have I used the solution?

2 years.

What was my experience with deployment of the solution?

We've had no issues with the deployment.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

There have been no issues with the stability.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

We have scaled up but not out. This option is available but we don't plan on using multiple servers yet.

How are customer service and support?

Excellent technical support staff. Direct access to experts.

What about the implementation team?

In house with Vendor support (on-site and remote).

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Yes. Dynatrace.

What other advice do I have?

For any APM solution you need to understand your application and what you want to gain from instrumenting it.
