Unified sign-in has simplified access control and has supported end-to-end identity lifecycle
The authentication process is good, but sometimes the responsiveness to requests for enhancement is very slow. I sometimes face issues with platform stability, flexibility in configuration, and limited API availability. I experience downtimes two to three times per year. OneLogin's support team is sometimes very slow to respond. There is a feature limitation with mapping, as OneLogin does not provide one-to-all mapping. For client deployment, we need to create separate mappings for each request, and we cannot use the same mapping for multiple requests. Other areas that have room for improvement are related to API limitations. If a client requires more APIs, such as 5,000 or 6,000, OneLogin charges more. The API rate limits by default or the standard limit should provide more than 5,000. Additionally, OneLogin could provide more flexibility in configuration. These are the main limitations I have identified with OneLogin.

Needs to be easier to configure and to display logs more simply
We use only it for scanning files for viruses. That's the only feature we use in this product It needs to be easier to configure, it should be something that's working well with other sources. It should be something that allows me to see the logs simply. One to three years. Sometimes it doesn't…

Pros

"OneLogin has positively impacted our organization by improving both security and operational efficiency."
"OneLogin has impacted our organization by making work efficient for people by granting them easy access and logins."
"Since implementing OneLogin by One Identity, we have reduced user onboarding time by approximately 60 to 70 percent through automated provisioning, password-related support tickets have decreased by around 40 to 50 percent due to single sign-on, and automated de-provisioning has helped us ensure users lose access immediately upon leaving the organization, improving both security and compliance."
"Ease of integration with AD."
"OneLogin has positively impacted us in many different ways, particularly in terms of cost, as our costs have been reduced compared to what we have been spending."
"OneLogin by One Identity has positively impacted my organization by cutting implementation time by fifty to eighty percent and decreasing the workforce required to implement it by fifty percent."
"The single sign-on feature of OneLogin by One Identity is amazing."
"Documentation."
"If you need a solution for sending big files to customers or for receiving large files from them, this is a very good solution."
"If you want a very flexible system that you can easily integrate, and develop interfaces for it or plug-ins to other application environments, it's probably the most flexible"
"We use only it for scanning files for viruses."
"Safe-T SDA has allowed my organization to secure my office applications and makes it harder for hackers to be able to hack into my internal office web applications."
"Safe-T is very good for users because it has a plug-in for Outlook."
"You can easily integrate it and fit the system to your organization's needs, and that's a very huge advantage."
"At the end of the day it's really good and really improved."
"This product allows us to actually send it straight from our email to the other person's email in a safe way, where we can meet all our regulations and still keep the data in our control."

Cons

"I'd like OneLogin to have a customization section that displays the company's offerings, categorized by different topics."
"In terms of managing the users on a large scale, it would be easier if they had some kind of user management portal."
"Reporting and analytics in OneLogin by One Identity can be improved, as filtering and customization options for more complex requests are limited."
"OneLogin by One Identity can be improved by simplifying the admin interface because some settings are difficult to find, especially for new administrators."
"The areas that do have room for improvement include a learning curve."
"OneLogin could be improved with a more intuitive admin interface and simpler configuration for advanced integrations and policies."
"Based on my experience, I would recommend OneLogin for its simplicity and easier administration for small organizations, but I would not recommend it for organizations seeking more feature-oriented and deeper IAM capabilities."
"OneLogin by One Identity is strong, but there is room to improve."
"One important thing that we haven't found in this product is the ability to provide a read-only view for documents. Also, the ability for the customer to add annotations to these documents."
"The cloud solution is not that great especially with Swiss customers."
"Setting up Safe-T SDE is very complex. It is not straightforward, and it requires much understanding on the concepts of the product."
"In terms of improvement, they need to be much more strict regarding the roadmap, about timelines and when new features will be up in production."
"Better UI. A better UI for the people that manage all the processes of Safe-T. Some of the UI is not as intuitive as you would like it to be."
"The Outlook agent is not working well for installing it in the entire office."
"I'm not sure what advice I would give others about this product because I don't like Safe-T."
"When we have something that we want improved, it takes a little bit of time until it can be fixed."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The pricing and licensing are reasonable. It is much cheaper than other products."
"We were happy with the price we got when we signed up, but I don't know what will happen when the time comes to renew because it is a different company now. We haven't seen any pricing models or had that discussion yet. My renewal is a year and a half away. It's worth what we're paying for it. There's no way we could provide the level of service for cheaper or try to do the same in-house."
"OneLogin's pricing, from the perspective of the education sector, seems quite reasonable for the value it delivers."
"The price of the licensing is fine."
"The pricing for OneLogin seems to be okay. The pricing and licensing are affordable. If you'd consider OneLogin to be expensive, it's worth it."
"Surprisingly expensive given the price of on-premise solutions."
"It was cheap in the beginning, and then it became very expensive. We were initially charged $2 per user per month, which was fine, but by the second year, they increased it to $5 per user. That became very expensive for us because we had about 1,500 users. At $2 per user, it comes out to be $3,000 a month, which is $36,000 a year. If we move to $5 per user, it comes out to be $7,500 a month. That made its cost so high. That is why we removed the product because the cost was high."
"While I wish OneLogin's pricing was more affordable, their licensing model, which is based on per user, is acceptable."
