Good stability and scalability with excellent additional services
The features that are on offer are pretty standard. The pricing and services that surround the solution are great. For example, if we need to find a partner in a country where they do not have a cloud, they will help us find that partner. Solutions such as Amazon and Oracle do not offer this level of service. The solution has quite good documentation.

Cost-effectiveness and pricing consistency support diverse high-intensity applications
The services of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) are quite competent when compared to AWS Cloud, and they are also lower in cost. We use compute, storage, and network services. A notable feature is Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's consistent global pricing, which is advantageous. Furthermore, applications using Oracle Database not only work seamlessly on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) but also benefit from a 25% offset on Oracle Database licenses.

Pros

"The pricing and services that surround the solution are great. For example, if we need to find a partner in a country where they do not have a cloud, they will help us find that partner. Solutions such as Amazon and Oracle do not offer this level of service."
"The initial setup process is more accessible than one of its competitors."
"We have seen a return on investment."
"Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is about as stable as the other CSPs, but Oracle Cloud is more common in Korea."
"The support is very good. They are giving good support."
"The feature I think should be improved is the option to rename the machines."
"It has improved my company by cutting my time to market."
"The pricing of the solution is pretty good."
"A good feature of the solution is the clear roadmap it provides specifically from Oracle to PC, there are good options to use OTP."
"I like that the program is flexible. I can use it to write Java scripts. I also like the website, because it constantly updates me on things, like artificial intelligence, and the latest technology. I read the articles, on the latest technology that programmers can use."

Cons

"The solution could use more advanced monitoring."
"NTT Cloud’s performance could be better."
"The solution isn't very mature. The on-premises deployment has more features and the cloud needs to work to match those options."
"The solution's reporting part is not good and needs more development."
"The solution could always be less expensive."
"Technical support could be more responsive."
"Sometimes when we install something, we need to partition and maybe rebuild the index. This can cause some issues for performance. In the future, I would like to see more stability and fewer bugs."
"The product roadmap strategy for some of the products is not clear."
"The product's technical support is an area with shortcomings that need improvement."
"The configuration through the cloud is complicated. It's not straightforward."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"I rate the product’s pricing a four out of ten."
"The costs involved are low when it comes to Oracle Cloud, especially when compared to AWS."
"Costing depends on if you have an existing license for the application and for the operating system."
"The pricing is reasonable."
"I compared Oracle Cloud Platform with other competitor providers like Azure, and I don't think Oracle is too expensive."
"On a monthly basis, we pay around $2,500 for licensing fees, with no additional costs. We do pay extra licensing for other on-premises solutions, but these are not related to Oracle Cloud Platform."
"Its pricing is complex, but as partners, we can get away with quite a bit of discounting because we deal with them directly. I would rate their pricing probably a one or two out of five because they're quite expensive. Microsoft Azure will probably be the cheapest because depending on the Microsoft product that you have, they have some sort of bundling. There are things that they give you to get you onto Azure. AWS is probably somewhere in the middle."
"The product offers a subscription-based licensing model."
"The solution is cheaper compared to Oracle E-Business Suite."
