Developers have benefited from flexibility and performance but pricing has needed further attention
I am only familiar with databases and applications. I am from the development team and I am a user of database and cloud but I don't know the infrastructure. As a user, I deal with the Oracle Database. I know the organization has a license with the product. We don't utilize real-time analytics with MongoDB Atlas. I don't use MongoDB Atlas directly, so I don't know how it can be improved. I would place MongoDB Atlas at a medium level. I would rate it at a six or seven. I believe MongoDB Atlas can improve a little. My overall review rating for this product is six out of ten.

Has improved performance by enabling smoother business operations and real-time data integration
I am satisfied with SAP HANA Cloud and don't see any room for improvement. I don't use SAP HANA Cloud's machine learning feature at this moment. Currently, we don't use SAP HANA Cloud's ability to support hybrid data landscapes in our organization. SAP HANA Cloud can integrate real-time analytics with transactional data processing in my businesses by connecting it with other systems such as government systems and HR systems for fingerprint recognition. We are already using BOBJ or SAP BW for predictive analytics, which is an old solution from SAP. My overall rating for SAP HANA Cloud is eight out of 10. The reason I don't give it a higher score is that there are some concerns related to security and certain features that I have not seen yet.

"The most useful feature is the management of the backup."
"The solution has a very intuitive user interface."
"In my previous company, the product allowed us to build a database in a highly regulated environment with the ability to get distributed storage, and we used MongoDB as a distributed storage to set up this environment for a critical business application with millions of dollars."
"It has a flexible integration with our easy API."
"The initial setup of MongoDB Atlas is straightforward...It is a scalable solution."
"My company is interested in putting out products that are reliable for our customers, which we can monitor easily, and we also want them to be easy to install and deploy, which is why I am happy with this one."
"The solution is easy to use, the console is user-friendly, and overall a well-designed solution. It takes a complex system and makes it easy to understand. Additionally, the solution is always advancing and they provide a roadmap into what is coming in the future."

"Using SAP HANA Cloud, we can replicate the data into HANA and use live data, which improves our business decision-making."

Cons

"It would be better if there were more integration capabilities with other products."
"A few areas that we have noticed as being problematic with the MongoDB Atlas include user access to the platform. Currently, it is difficult to restrict and control what actions a user can perform within the solution, which poses a challenge from an internal auditing perspective."
"That is the only drawback that I find with MongoDB: creating the trigger."
"When we make transactions, they do not process in real-time and require a refresh."
"From an improvement standpoint, MongoDB can improve security."
"The initial configuration fine-tuning for performance can be time-consuming."
"We had some edge cases where scalability was an issue where a node went offline, and we had to deal with that."
"MongoDB Atlas should improve its user experience by providing better explanations or a wizard for people working with its UI."
"I see some weaknesses in SAP HANA Cloud regarding innovations, as they take their own time compared to what the market brings in with new features."
"Regarding SAP HANA Cloud, one significant pain point is the lack of access to the database from the HANA Studio for developers."
"My opinion on SAP HANA Cloud is that it is a waste of time."
"From a UX point of view, there could be better improvements in the user experience and how users interact with the system."
"SAP HANA Cloud requires extensive documentation before connecting with a human being to troubleshoot an issue."
"The technical support from SAP is inadequate. We don't get timely responses, with support tickets taking more than 25 days to process."
"In future updates of SAP HANA Cloud, I would suggest some changes in the user interfaces to make it more user-friendly."

"It is too expensive. They need to work on this."
"For our service, it was around 300 to 600 euros per month, which was acceptable for our customers."
