Reliable with very good social media integration and easy to use
The deployment is a bit harder as you sometimes need help. For us, we have experience. It is not so hard, however, we have a dependency on the operative system, such as Microsoft with Windows Server 2019 or 2016. You must get that kind of system. Also, you need to get this updated and you have many dependencies that you have to work with. The deployment is easy, however, when you want to get the IDR or you want to get the integrations as you want them, you need to deal with so many dependencies with other platforms that it can get hard. That's what's hard with the solution. The solution itself is, of course, it's easy for us, for an engineer, however, for untrained people, that is hard. For the deployment, if the contact center is a large contact center, you must get four engineers or five engineers to do the deployment. Most of them will make the integration and the others will configure the IDR. Another will deploy the integration, and that's all. Of course, then, there will be the documentation you need to deal with.

A highly stable solution that is GDPR compliant and can be used for the lead generation cycle
I use Sales Creatio for the lead generation cycle With Sales Creatio, you can have a customer service review, and it is GDPR compliant. Sales Creatio is one of the few solutions that can be hosted on-premises and on the cloud. Sales Creatio should include better customizations. Sales Creatio is…

Experience exceptional project enhancements and seamless automation integration
Salesforce Sales Cloud itself is a wonderful solution, and there are two different versions: Lightning and classic. The Lightning version is a new generation version compatible with any mobile device, whether it's a phone, iPad, or any size of screen. The reporting and analytics functionalities, especially with the Einstein feature, are wonderful because it allows for analysis of data regarding your opportunity pipeline, giving insight into how long it will take to close deals. This gives a great understanding of running different levels of campaigns and defining smart workflows, where if one task is done, the other task can automatically get created and assigned to different team members. This flexibility is a key benefit of Salesforce Sales Cloud. Lead management is a great feature in Salesforce Sales Cloud because if you go for enterprise and above licenses, you can define different record types. For example, if one company is into two different businesses such as real estate and car reselling, both being opposite, this can be defined in Salesforce Sales Cloud, allowing for different workflows, fields, and mechanisms that do not affect each other's operations. The predictive insight feature known as forecasting is a very old feature of Salesforce Sales Cloud, giving predictions based on your pipeline and previous opportunity closings. The new Einstein analytics feature is more advanced and is enabled with AI, providing better forecasting based on your current pipeline. Salesforce Sales Cloud is working smartly with AI to help close more deals based on opportunity stages, trends, and industries, advising on the steps to take next. Lead generation is the most important thing because every sale starts from the lead. At the lead level, different stages and resources can be defined. You can capture leads from various resources, with Salesforce Sales Cloud offering a web-to-lead feature and integrations with LinkedIn to fetch data. Once a lead is qualified and converted into opportunities, there are stages with percentages, and workflows can help in easily closing deals.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Interactive Intelligence is quite user friendly."
"The social media integration is excellent."
"I like Creatio's workflows, automation, and no-code features that we can update as we wish."
"When comparing to other tools such as Salesforce, which I find complicated to work with personally, Sales Creatio's modules are easier to use with drag and drop functionality and configuration options."
"Its configurability in terms of being able to change screens and fields and create workflows that are compatible with our business objectives is most valuable."
"Intuitive, low-code CRM platform that's easy to integrate and use."
"It provides a customizable platform that enables companies to safely store and recognize customer data, as well as connect multiple channels and other related services."
"There's not a single CRM out there that is quite as flexible as Creatio CRM."
"Each step of the customer journey is recorded by certain metrics and KPIs. If you want to do a lot deeper dive with Excel pivot tables or third-party analytics tools like Qlik or Tableau, that's an option."
"Some of the best features of Sales Creatio are end-user ease of use, user interface, and speed of data entry, and the abundance of features at a very low cost is also notable."
"The solution can scale massively. I've been quite impressed."
"The most valuable features are the reporting and the custom codes."
"Salesforce Sales Cloud is very reliable and provides good stability and security."
"The most significant features of Salesforce Sales Cloud that boosted our sales productivity are workflow management and integrated commentary. Workflow management allows us to progress from exploration and qualification to closing a sale. The integrated commentary feature lets us open conversation threads around a sale and bring in team members, enhancing collaboration."
"The tool is very good in terms of stability, support, and features."
"The reporting is easy and helpful."
"We can also customize Salesforce Sales Cloud to our customer's company requirements. As for your demand, you can customize it. There are so many configurations we can do with the application. There is a lot of functionality that you can implement. It's an easy-to-use, user-friendly, and secure platform."
"I can see activity per customer. I can find out quickly and easily who was the last person I talked to, when it was, and what we were talking about."

Cons

"The initial setup can be a bit difficult."
"The problem with this current system is that the support is not great."
"Creatio's mobile app could be more intuitive."
"The mobile application gave us many issues as it appeared poorly developed. The client was not satisfied with the mobile application and raised concerns about it."
"The biggest area of improvement for me is the mobile app. Creatio has moved towards this composable architecture and user interface, and it looks good and works well on a laptop or tablet. But the mobile app could be improved."
"On the sales side, I would like to see a CPQ product, and on the services side, I'd like to see more of a field service automation feature."
"Out of the box connectors are great, but the ability of what is there versus other CRMs is limited."
"To benefit from this software you need to have somebody dedicated to customizing the features you're looking for and, to be honest, I do not have time to focus only on that."
"Sales Creatio should include better customizations."
"There is still some room for improvement in the overall look and feel of the software."
"I would like to see licensing fees reduced in the next release."
"The connectivity has some latency. It could be more responsive."
"The performance is sometimes slow. There is too much information and this makes it difficult to find the answers we are looking for."
"Its licensing can be improved to accommodate small companies. They provide a certain number of licenses in a set or batch, and you have to buy the set. For example, if they have 20 licenses in a set, you have to get the whole set, even if you need just three licenses, which could be a barrier for small companies. There is no option to buy fewer licenses. So, small companies have to go for a smaller CRM, such as HubSpot."
"It does not include a professional accounting system, it is operations and it is CRM. It is not capable of accounting things."
"With the solution being very vast, they need to prioritize features."
"When importing from other apps, it gets messy."
"One area where the solution could improve is with handling feature requests."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"Creatio's most basic plan, which has Growth, Enterprise, and Ultimate, I use the Enterprise version. It's a fully-featured CRM that includes sales, marketing, and service, along with the studio product."
"Sales Creatio's enterprise version is $60 per user per month. Other leaders in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for sales automation, such as SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, and Oracle, are about $150 to $200 a month, and Creatio is $60."
"Pricing for this solution is more affordable than Salesforce, and the costs are upfront."
"Compared to Salesforce and other applications, Sales Creatio is a cost-effective solution."
"It's expensive, storage being the most costly aspect."
"Implementation and add-ons may be additional costs."
"There is a license required to use this solution and the price is expensive. It could be reduced."
"The price of the product is very high. I rate the product price a ten on a scale of one to ten, where one means low price, and ten means expensive."
"The tool's pricing is based on the number of users. It has a different pricing for 0-100 and another for 100-500 users."
"You need to pay for the license per user per month. For example, you need to pay $100 per user. If you have 200 users using your Salesforce, that would be multiplied by a hundred, that's $20,000 per month and a quarter million per year."
"Salesforce Sales Cloud is an expensive solution."
"The main thing is it is costly. Salesforce it is not cheap, it's costly. Some of our customers say it is a costly solution. So, we have lost some sale opportunities regarding the high price. This is the main thing that we are facing. It is sales per user and the user price is about $150 per month, per user for the Enterprise Edition. The other edition is less than this, but it is costly. A company that has 70 or 80 users would pay more than $8,000 USD yearly because it is cloud based."
