Recruiting workflows have become organized and reporting now tracks candidate progress clearly
The ability to have a record of every touchpoint with a candidate makes my job easier in iCIMS Recruit. In recruiting, it can be easy to miss a step while moving through the workflow. iCIMS Recruit allows me to look within the candidate's record to see each step and where I am in the process, and it gives me the ability to identify when I haven't pushed a candidate to hiring manager review. This provides a good checkpoint to stop and take a pause. The best feature that iCIMS Recruit offers is the find candidates function. I use this feature by inputting the title of what I am looking for, the distance the person might live from the particular location, and how long they have been in the system, ranging from seven days up to ninety days. This function helps recruiters find passive candidates who have either been touched previously and are not recalled or have been touched by a previous team member but might still be interested in a new opportunity. Regarding finding better candidates, it is neutral; the candidate may be out of the job market. However, knowing which candidates in the system I have not explored and want to revisit is a great feature, making it useful overall. I appreciate that iCIMS Recruit has a robust training setup within the system, and I value how they update me with new trainings that might be coming up to give me a competitive edge on utilizing the system. iCIMS Recruit has impacted our organization positively through the reporting system. Beyond our leadership using the reporting system to track KPIs and metrics, I as a recruiter can also use the system to track my own KPIs and metrics to see where I stand regarding time to fill, average time to fill, how many hires I have had within a certain period of time, whether that is three months, six months, or a year. The ability to see these features and download these reports is very helpful.

Automation has streamlined high-volume hiring while advanced analytics and parsing still need work
Zoho Recruit is an end-to-end ATS that covers requisitions, multi job postings, resume parsing, screening interviews, offers, and many other tools. It has strong automation features, including custom workflows, blueprints, assignments tools, scheduler, and macros to reduce manual efforts. It caters to higher volume roles, and it has a deep Zoho ecosystem where we can connect with native Zoho platforms like Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho SignFlow, Analytics, Books, and Desk. The AI feature, Zia, is added for candidate matching, recommendations, and smart research that speeds up sourcing and shortlisting. The flexible customization includes career site and portal building that allows us to create branded career pages and employee referral portals, plus candidate self-service to reduce workflow. The API, webhook, and Deluge options are available to integrate with any applications using REST API calls and extend these functionalities to connect with external systems and automate custom logic, fitting my Deluge skills. I integrate Zoho Recruit with Dynamics 360 and the Microsoft platform. For my company, we integrate with 360 for the data migration from Dynamics 360 to Zoho Recruit.

Quotes from Members

Pros

"iCIMS Recruit has positively impacted my experience as a job applicant by making it faster and less stressful."
"Over time, I've seen them build on their platform, make improvements, enhance the user experience, and continue to gather feedback for improvement from end users."
"iCIMS Recruit has impacted my organization positively because it is easier to use and more user-friendly than alternatives, helps us maintain better data governance without many issues, and processes are faster, which saves us time."
"The solution offers good customization and good dashboards."
"iCIMS Recruit is a user-friendly applicant tracking system overall."
"What I liked about it, was mostly the support you could get."
"There are two features I love in Zoho Recruit. The first one is mass customization. I can customize the blueprint how I like, add some steps I want to include, and schedule a date and time to send the emails. I can also use a lot of templates. Secondly, the best thing about Zoho is the customer service. Whenever I have an issue or want to upgrade something, I text them through Zoho, and they respond within 40 seconds."
"The product is very user-friendly, we find it very easy to navigate."
"The solution is secure and also very user friendly."
"I like that the solution is secure and only the admin person has access to download information."
"The customization feature is the most valuable. I can add candidates to the system without having to go into it manually. I can look at a LinkedIn or PNet profile and literally right-click on it and pass that candidate into my database almost completely. It is 100% accurate for 90% of the time. It also has good security. I can't log in without a fingerprint. To log in, I have to give a fingerprint on my smartphone."
"The CV parsing feature is the most valuable as it can parse resumes for the database, and the solution is easy to deploy, stable, scalable, and supported by a good support team."
"The installation process isn't very complicated."

Cons

"iCIMS Recruit could be improved by adding a block to explain certain things."
"iCIMS Recruit can be improved by adding additional features related to looking for attrition rate and seeing how many people actually stay within roles, especially for those high-volume roles that have high turnover."
"The only challenge is that it can be difficult to make managers aware that they need to follow positions in the platform and learn how to use it so we can work together."
"If reporting could be more robust, that would be phenomenal."
"The pricing could be a bit more reasonable."
"One of the other issues is that we need to manually update details and that's time consuming."
"No ability to automatically update details."
"I would like them to improve their UX and UI. The front screen or the home page is dull. The tools in the marketplace have flashy home pages and a very funky style. I think that's one area that they can improve. In the future, I would like an option to integrate Zoho by default with other tools, specifically the HR tools. I would love it if I could convert the candidates directly from Zoho. That would be a huge help. They have a paid extension, but it doesn't work well during the trial period."
"Zoho Recruit could benefit from increased flexibility and customization when creating and sending offer letters to new recruits."
"It lacks the functionality for finalizing the process when a successful placement is made. There is no invoicing. It is missing the functionality for setting the placement and a start date. I do permanent placements as well as contractors, but it is not really geared towards contractors. So, I have to have a separate solution to manage contractors, timesheets, and things like that. It is just a bit of a pain. It is not as simple as some of the competitors, but it is far more able. There is a lot more to it, and it does a lot more than what any of the competitors currently do, which makes it a little bit more complicated to use, but it is easy enough. None of my staff have any issues. In all such solutions, you have to feed more than what they give you. It is a database at the end of the day, and I would like it to give me things. I would like to load a lead or get someone to just load leads all day, and I would like it to come back to me and say, "There's this position that you've loaded, and these candidates match. Can I send it?" I'd like it to be a little bit more proactive and feed me as much information as I feed it."
"It lacks the functionality for finalizing the process when a successful placement is made. There is no invoicing."
"Candidate filtering is a little cumbersome. I would love to see all the design and effort Zoho put in to the administrative user experience also be applied to the manager experience side. Quite a bit of filtering has to be done to get to what you want. Also, you can't get through many candidates because Zoho Recruit has a cap on how many candidates you can view at a time. If you've got hundreds of candidates per job, you may have to scroll through 10 pages."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"It is in the middle price range. Everything is included in the price."
"I think it costs about $40 per month for a recruiter account. It comes with ten free accounts. It's well worth the money we are paying."
"The more you scale the solution the more it will cost. If you want the vendor to do the implementation or migration there are extra fees."
"In terms of cost, Zoho is by far the most reasonable for what you're getting. You get the option of monthly or yearly price. It is one cost per person for a license, and it is reasonable. My solutions are $50 per person per month."
"Zoho Recruit is an affordable solution in comparison to BambooHR and costs relatively the same as Greenhouse implementation wise. It costs less than $100 per user. Large organizations will be able to get enterprise pricing, and Zoho is transparent with their pricing."
"The cost of each user depends on the size of our user base."
