Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"In terms of email, I could probably do the same things with other programs, however, I find 90% of my usage is Gmail.""The most valuable part of G Suite is the integration among all of the components. It's also highly reliable because it's always available. And G Suite's ability to collaborate on all the standard office tools has no rival. It's amazing because you can work seamlessly with any of your colleagues on the same document.""Ability to co-edit and collaborate on content.""The corporate email feature on Google's Gmail is fantastic.""Valuable features of the solution are that it's simple and effective.""personally prefer to use G Suite applications, such as Gmail, Slides, and Sheets, because they give you the freedom to share the document you're editing and co-work with other colleagues simultaneously.""The solution offers very good email. It's a very good email provider.""Google seems to be a more stable environment than our current on-premise Microsoft solution that we're replacing."

"We have really high level of services, performance, availability, and it is stable. Everything works together really well.""This solution has automated protection from downtime. High-availability is built into every component, and the backups are completely automated."

Cons
"The price could be reduced.""Better integration without visual misrepresentation with the Microsoft suite is required.""And I think Google Translate could add more features. For example, it could be integrated when typing in a document or a web browser like Grammarly.""They could increase the number of third-party integrations on offer.""Everything is online, so you don't have a client on your desk. Working on email is online work, so can't do work offline and go back online. Sometimes it's not so intuitive. If you answer an email, it puts your answer at the bottom of the existing email.""Sometimes, I would like to be able to use the solution offline, and I can't do so. It would be ideal if there was some sort of offline mode available.""Their tool called Sheets is the counterpart to Excel but it doesn't have the same functionality that Excel would have. So usually if somebody needs to go back to Excel or Office, it's because of Excel.""There are 120 different products and Google is ready to copy their competitors and vice versa. Some of them work, and some of them don't. There are many newer tools with no-code environments which allow for a leaner self-owned system, where I'm not tied to paying hundreds and thousands of dollars a year to another company."
