Several positive aspects about the product stand out as advantages. Valuable insights can be gained from the unsampled reports available in the product. The cloud type needs to be specified whether it's public, private, or hybrid. The overall rating for Google Analytics 360 is 9 out of 10, where 10 represents the best product.

Automated Website Event Tracking
1. The only website analytics product out of the several ones we tried that identifies and tracks in-page events automatically without having to manually select and tag them. This completely eliminates "analyst bias" in assigning relative importance to events. 2. Clearly classifies website traffic into the three most important categories: Organic, Referral and Paid Search. 3. Excellent addon to Google Analytics. Using SkyGlue, we stumbled upon the fact that Computerworld magazine had named one of our products as a Top 10 Android App. Although we could've theoretically found this out from Google Analytics, it was much easier to gain this insight in actual practice by using SkyGlue. Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Once you get the hang of GA, you can really use it to your advantage."
"I previously used WebTrends, but Google Analytics was more appealing because it was easy to setup, and it was available online for free."
"Every online business needs to know where traffic is coming from and what it does when it gets to you."
"It's got incredible depth, yet it’s free."
"We found that the source and medium report is very useful when we are analyzing paid and organic campaign performance."
"In my opinion, Google Analytics fulfills the role it plays in a good way."
"The User Explorer is a definite favorite because it allows us to pinpoint a user and check their entire journey through our website including all the events triggered and the pages visited."
"Google Analytics definitely provided a lot of data that is now available to everyone, and the easy to use interface and the ability to add custom segments allows everyone to carry out their own analysis and come up with insights."
"We finally selected SkyGlue primarily because it's the only product that automates in-page event tracking."

Cons

"An area where I would like to see improvement in Google Analytics is the auto-syncing of functions in Google Tag Manager into Goal tracking."
"Google stripped out search rankings with “not provided.” It upsets many who want to understand how well they are doing in searches."
"If you do not use JavaScript, you will be invisible to Google Analytics. If you have the option of JavaScript disabled in your browsers, you will be invisible to the data, since the tool will not be able to register you."
"Data capture of the acquisition of users, as on a few occasions, it was unclear where we got traffic from."
"The technical support from Google has room for improvement."
"There is a time lag of 4 hours for the tracking to get updated in the system."
"Some spam data is messing up the analytics report; Google should remove spam data."
"They can improve their Android app."
"Event tracking is not realtime."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The installation cost is really low and does not require a team with a super performance to run."
