Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"Good email automation and XL automation.""AssistEdge made it so that the reps didn't need to maneuver through 10 or 20 different systems. We tied all that together in the background, so the reps had a shared UI, and everything else happened in the background without their knowledge. When they were retrieving data, it was done in the background through automation and pulling up to that generic UI layer""The tool follows a role-based working model to create things. It helps to track what others are doing with the system."

"Its integration with the Office 365 ecosystem is most valuable. We use a lot of ready-to-use templates.""I believe document reading has been beneficial when dealing with Microsoft.""It helps with the feedback mechanism, where we need to determine the relevant team and obtain their email addresses.""The most valuable feature is that it easily integrates with other Microsoft products, so it has multiple connectors. You can create solutions that connect to Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive.""It is quick, so I'm quite happy with it. It is also easy to use.""I use the product for automation.""The product is very reliable and very easy to use.""The most valuable feature of Microsoft Power Automate in the desktop version is web scraping because you can do a lot with it. I work in retail and you can study prices changes, which can give you a lot of information. The solution is no code which is a large advantage."

Cons
"Lacks integration with third party tools.""AssistEdge isn't a simple tool like Blue Prism or other RPA solutions with configurable items that you can drag and drop. This involved a lot of hard coding, which posed two challenges. One, we did not have that skillset, so we depended on Infosys. Two, it's a beast to go back and update or make changes when things are hard coded because you can't just move those configurable items back around.""The tool's alternatives work on drag-and-drop functionality without creating custom code. We don't have an in-built queue system and use RabbitMQ for it. The solution also doesn't have a framework."

"Their connector to Oracle or premium data sets that aren't Microsoft would often fail for me. The information given back about why it failed wasn't always robust to understand how to fix it and why it happened.""When it comes to cloud computing, there are many limitations when dealing with large amounts of data.""The solution could have more integration with different platforms.""I rate the technical support from Microsoft Power Automate a four out of five.""More scripting capabilities could be included in Microsoft Power Automate.""The solution could use some more advanced AI tools. It's one of the solution's only weaknesses.""It doesn't have any OCR capabilities.""The connectors and the integration capability can be improved. Microsoft RPA is a growing platform, and it is not yet particularly mature."
