Gained full visibility and streamlined threat detection through behavior-based insights and AI integration
Initially, we got to have a lot of false positives when we onboarded, but nowadays it's quite smooth. We have fine-tuned our security policies and allowed different levels of policies to get rid of those false positives. Currently, we are getting a fairly good amount of incidents that are not false positives or benign, but actionable items. The process is streamlined. In the initial days, the operations used to get involved in a lot of benign and other activities, but now the process is streamlined. We are leveraging the auto-detection and remediation plans. The operations teams are now more involved in other business roles as well, not just looking into the logs and fetching out what's happening there. They have fixed a lot of things. Initially, they didn't have IAC code drift detection, cloud posture management, or security posture management, but they have those now. They purchased different vendors and did a merger with that. They have now Prisma Cloud that gets integrated and now they are working with Cortex Cloud. Everything that was negative has now been addressed, and the product altogether looks to be in a very better and mature shape now. Currently, it's more or less detecting the workloads with AI-based best practices. Since most organizations are consuming AI agents and other things, we are looking forward to seeing what other feature enhancements Palo Alto can support in that.

Confident backups have enabled reliable rollbacks and supported multi-cloud growth
Central management is one of the main use cases of Dell Data Protection - Endpoint Security Suite [EOL]. Comprehensive workload coverage in Dell Data Protection - Endpoint Security Suite [EOL] helps us back up our data. Dell Data Protection - Endpoint Security Suite [EOL] has positively impacted our organization because we were able to test and implement changes confidently, knowing that if something goes wrong, we can roll back the changes. This confidence in our recovery capabilities helped us grow and conduct more research and development. Dell Data Protection - Endpoint Security Suite [EOL] offers very fast recovery time capabilities.

Security controls have protected servers from advanced attacks and now simplify daily monitoring
The best feature of Trend Micro Deep Security is Application Control, where we can put it in lockdown mode, and applications that are already applied or installed will be executed, while new ones will be blocked automatically. Trend Micro Deep Security is an advanced threat protection product that helps our servers prevent upcoming attacks and also logs inspections and firewall preventions, helping our servers in daily life by protecting them from advanced cyber attacks. With the help of Application Control, we first scan the inventory of our applications that are installed on the server. After that, we get a scanned and checked inventory where all the executable files of the servers are present with the help of hashes. By putting application control in lockdown mode, all the applications that pre-exist in the file will execute at any time. However, when a new file or new update comes to the server, it will be denied due to the lockdown policy. If any attack comes, the new hashes will be found and blocked, making it a very good feature of Trend Micro Deep Security.
