New hiring process has become faster and identifies skilled developers effectively
The best features CodeSignal Interview offers include providing challenging code problems to enhance problem-solving skills, helping track problem-solving performance, and connecting different developers. It has an easy-to-use and clean UI/UX. Preparing for the interview process and getting ready for famous company interviews is easy. Live coding tests and pair coding are great features. There are also multiple language options, ensuring that language is not a barrier. CodeSignal Interview has positively impacted my organization as it helped me learn this job. It was a very nice tool that I used to enhance my skills. It also provides a better way to hire since we, as HR, save a lot of time. It serves as a better way to learn and practice effectively. CodeSignal Interview has a positive return on investment on our objectives as it helps to source out the right talents to fit into a position with no need for vigorous orientation or retraining, hence saving a lot of time. Approximately 60% of our time is saved when we are recruiting the right hires.

Automation has streamlined high-volume hiring while advanced analytics and parsing still need work
Zoho Recruit is an end-to-end ATS that covers requisitions, multi job postings, resume parsing, screening interviews, offers, and many other tools. It has strong automation features, including custom workflows, blueprints, assignments tools, scheduler, and macros to reduce manual efforts. It caters to higher volume roles, and it has a deep Zoho ecosystem where we can connect with native Zoho platforms like Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho SignFlow, Analytics, Books, and Desk. The AI feature, Zia, is added for candidate matching, recommendations, and smart research that speeds up sourcing and shortlisting. The flexible customization includes career site and portal building that allows us to create branded career pages and employee referral portals, plus candidate self-service to reduce workflow. The API, webhook, and Deluge options are available to integrate with any applications using REST API calls and extend these functionalities to connect with external systems and automate custom logic, fitting my Deluge skills. I integrate Zoho Recruit with Dynamics 360 and the Microsoft platform. For my company, we integrate with 360 for the data migration from Dynamics 360 to Zoho Recruit.

"CodeSignal Interview is a must-have tool, so it is best you get used to it now for any organization that is looking for a great interview experience for the technical team."
"CodeSignal Interview has positively impacted my organization by speeding up our hiring process."
"I have experienced significant improvements since using CodeSignal Interview, particularly in my interview performance and confidence."
"CodeSignal Interview is a game-changer solution."
"Whether you are a candidate or the employer looking for a potential candidate, you can be sure that CodeSignal Interview will make the task as easy as possible for you."
"CodeSignal Interview is a great tool with a lot of competitors, but it offers a full suite for testing leetcode style and whiteboard systems design style questions."
"CodeSignal Interview has a good way to transfer knowledge to people, especially because it has a way to assess with efficiency what you have been doing and keep track of your progress on the learning path."
"Zoho is by far the most comprehensive, and it does all the bits and pieces."
"One of the features that I really like is that it's very administratively user-friendly. It is easy to add new managers into the system. It's very easy to switch and add regional capability, for instance. Zoho has put a lot of time into the administrative side to make it functional, which was a huge highlight for me and my team. Zoho's reporting functionality is good. It is easy to run lists in Excel, including dashboard reports, to determine if we are hiring accurately. We were able to tweak and improve our recruitment and hiring functions."
"Simple to use, and a comprehensive enough recruitment management tool, easy to acquire and cost-effective to use, and can cover multiple teams, regions, and skills."
"The product is very user-friendly, we find it very easy to navigate."
"The CV parsing feature is the most valuable as it can parse resumes for the database, and the solution is easy to deploy, stable, scalable, and supported by a good support team."
"I like that the solution is secure and only the admin person has access to download information."
"Zoho Recruit is an end-to-end ATS that covers requisitions, multi job postings, resume parsing, screening interviews, offers, and many other tools."
"Apart from the UI being very friendly, the workflow and the integrations are excellent."

Cons

"One feature that I would appreciate CodeSignal Interview to improve is their user interface (UI) to enhance user experience."
"It is not very appropriate in a situation where you want to switch between questions quite often."
"CodeSignal Interview is extraordinary but needs improvements."
"My experience with CodeSignal Interview has been very phenomenal; however, I believe the assessment time window based on the question should be improved."
"Additionally, I think the cost should be lowered, especially for small organizations."
"CodeSignal Interview can be improved by reducing pricing."
"Under today's AI capabilities regarding CodeSignal Interview, the tests or the drills on the course could be a little more involving and not complicated, but rather a little more dense."
"CodeSignal Interview can be improved in terms of scalability for when volumes might be too high or when multiple interviewers are using a single CodeSignal Interview license."
"The biggest problem is that their instructions, videos, and documentation are terrible."
"One of the other issues is that we need to manually update details and that's time consuming."
"No ability to automatically update details."
"The cons of Zoho Recruit include the admin learning curve and the time needed to design and govern advanced workflows and blueprints correctly."
"Zoho Recruit could benefit from increased flexibility and customization when creating and sending offer letters to new recruits."
"There is a limit to the number of lines you can extract, I think it's about 600 lines."
"I would like them to improve their UX and UI. The front screen or the home page is dull. The tools in the marketplace have flashy home pages and a very funky style. I think that's one area that they can improve. In the future, I would like an option to integrate Zoho by default with other tools, specifically the HR tools. I would love it if I could convert the candidates directly from Zoho. That would be a huge help. They have a paid extension, but it doesn't work well during the trial period."
"There's a bit of a learning curve."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"Zoho Recruit is an affordable solution in comparison to BambooHR and costs relatively the same as Greenhouse implementation wise. It costs less than $100 per user. Large organizations will be able to get enterprise pricing, and Zoho is transparent with their pricing."
"It is in the middle price range. Everything is included in the price."
"The cost of each user depends on the size of our user base."
"In terms of cost, Zoho is by far the most reasonable for what you're getting. You get the option of monthly or yearly price. It is one cost per person for a license, and it is reasonable. My solutions are $50 per person per month."
"The more you scale the solution the more it will cost. If you want the vendor to do the implementation or migration there are extra fees."
"I think it costs about $40 per month for a recruiter account. It comes with ten free accounts. It's well worth the money we are paying."
