If you don't use Clay or something similar, you would have to use a bunch of different APIs and tools to connect people finding, email finding, email validation, AI personalizations, and other enrichments related to the lead list. Once you have Clay, you can just build a table once, and then import as many data points as you want, and it will all run automatically for you, saving tremendous time. The best feature Clay offers is the ability to use your own API keys and not only Clay credits. If they made it so you could only use Clay credits, you'd be really limited and it wouldn't be worth it. Having the ability to use Clay credits is really nice, using your own API keys is really nice, and the auto-run workflow means that as soon as you import data, the Clay table automatically runs and does all the enrichments for you without requiring any manual intervention.

Targeted prospecting has increased campaign success and accelerates pipeline growth
The best features ZoomInfo offers include prospect call numbers, account-based prospecting and insights, integration with other systems, prospect contact information, and positioning with each company. I love the advanced search option which allows us to narrow down search results. I find myself using all of the features the most because they are very helpful and robust as they provide detailed company information where we are able to look at that company and know what we will do after that. ZoomInfo provides prospect contact information and position with each company. It provides advanced search options which allow us to narrow down search results easily and make data-driven decisions easily. Tracking people movement is easy, and Account IQ on accounts most likely to engage is very good. ZoomInfo has positively impacted our organization since we started using this tool by streamlining potential contacts in our organization. It speeds making contact by providing accurate email and phone numbers. It fits into our sales pipeline by transferring data directly to Pipedrive. Since using ZoomInfo, we have seen an increase in our sales campaign by fifty percent. We also achieve better account booking targets. The intent-based approach gives us better conversion.

Pros

"I've definitely seen a real return on investment using Clay, as I've saved so much time and it has allowed me to do so much more work."
"The best features that ZoomInfo offers include the integration with LinkedIn which is one of the best features because that means when I'm prospecting and researching, I can easily find the right contacts."
"The technical support team has been very responsive and helpful."
"The overall product is fantastic and it serves its purpose."
"It is a stable product."
"ZoomInfo's data refreshment helps overcome those issues. Overall, it's very user-friendly in terms of filtering and data accuracy."
"Before using ZoomInfo, my experiences with other apps left me with no clients, outdated information, and zero responsiveness, and after switching to ZoomInfo, I closed three deals on the first day and suggested my company encourage all interns and my team to use ZoomInfo for lead generation, which saved us time and improved our client acquisition significantly."
"Overall, it is a great tool, very easy to use, user-friendly, and cost-effective."
"We can easily find the data we need on ZoomInfo, which is why I like it. It has 99 percent accuracy. ZoomInfo almost always provides accurate data for specific roles and markets."

Cons

"Sometimes it could run faster because if you have 50,000 rows in a table, that's a lot of data and it tends to be slow."
"I think ZoomInfo can be improved because their number accuracy is still an issue."
"A data cleanup feature within the admin tool would be helpful."
"The team should look into enriching their database, especially for the European and Middle East region."
"We face difficulty while collecting data from small companies."
"The implementation process must be improved."
"Sometimes, the data can be lacking or inaccurate, with occasional server issues. I'd like to see these lagging issues addressed. For example, when validating data, there are often discrepancies; a company might show different data counts on ZoomInfo compared to other sources. Improving the integration of accurate data would be beneficial."
"I think ZoomInfo can be improved by getting the accuracy closer to 99%, as I mentioned it's about 95% accurate, but we do run the information through a secondary source just to validate the bounces, so that would just be great for us and I wouldn't have to run the information through another tool."
"I think ZoomInfo can be improved by addressing the categorization of some businesses, as there is occasionally outdated information or a lack of information."
