The features I use in Cisco Duo include Duo Pushes to confirm my identity to the device, and eventually as MFA security was increased, I actually had to use exchange passcodes. Sometimes, I have to go into the site and get into Cisco Duo to retrieve the passcode, and many of them have been two-factor, where the sites send a passcode that I have to enter into Cisco Duo. It has been more of the latter. I have not seen issues with lagging or crashing on Cisco Duo's end; it was usually on the client end, often because someone set up a bad upgrade or there were connection issues with the Cisco Duo cloud through the administrative site.

Targeted prospecting has increased campaign success and accelerates pipeline growth
The best features ZoomInfo offers include prospect call numbers, account-based prospecting and insights, integration with other systems, prospect contact information, and positioning with each company. I love the advanced search option which allows us to narrow down search results. I find myself using all of the features the most because they are very helpful and robust as they provide detailed company information where we are able to look at that company and know what we will do after that. ZoomInfo provides prospect contact information and position with each company. It provides advanced search options which allow us to narrow down search results easily and make data-driven decisions easily. Tracking people movement is easy, and Account IQ on accounts most likely to engage is very good. ZoomInfo has positively impacted our organization since we started using this tool by streamlining potential contacts in our organization. It speeds making contact by providing accurate email and phone numbers. It fits into our sales pipeline by transferring data directly to Pipedrive. Since using ZoomInfo, we have seen an increase in our sales campaign by fifty percent. We also achieve better account booking targets. The intent-based approach gives us better conversion.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"Cisco Duo is a simple and effective tool that gives detailed information about users who connect to your domain."
"All features of the solution are effective, Duo supports BYOD policies by allowing users to authenticate securely from their personal devices."
"Duo is a cloud-based product and it is a good product to maintain the security for the VPN."
"Duo Security improved my organization by helping us secure all access points within the company infrastructure."
"The most appealing feature of Cisco Duo is the phone notification system that simply pops up on your phone."
"The anti-phishing feature is the most valuable."
"The most valuable aspect is the authentication and the SSO."
"What I most appreciate about Cisco Duo is the ease of use."
"Overall, it is a great tool, very easy to use, user-friendly, and cost-effective."
"ZoomInfo positively impacts my organization because it helps us do prospecting which in turn helps us get meetings, opportunities and revenue."
"One other thing I have noticed about ZoomInfo's features is that I appreciate their focus on intent data and how they are trying to surface accounts that are more in market, using a bunch of different data sources for that."
"It is a stable product."
"ZoomInfo's data refreshment helps overcome those issues. Overall, it's very user-friendly in terms of filtering and data accuracy."
"The overall product is fantastic and it serves its purpose."
"The best features are all the tools on the back end that help me filter for the prospects that I'm trying to reach, saving me a lot of time and enabling me to book more meetings, generating more opportunities for our sales team and therefore more revenue."
"We can easily find the data we need on ZoomInfo, which is why I like it. It has 99 percent accuracy. ZoomInfo almost always provides accurate data for specific roles and markets."

Cons

"Regarding the stability and reliability of the Cisco Duo solution, we have experienced some outages over the last few years that are significant because people can't log in."
"There was an issue related to integration with third parties."
"It took me a while to figure it out. I went to every user and forced them to set it up. I might have done it the long way."
"It could be a little bit more intuitive when it comes to the sign-up process."
"General announcements when new features come out with Cisco Duo should be broadcasted to customers who are using it, which might bring more accessibility to their documents so users can be more in tune with updates."
"Often, people do not receive expiration messages, and sometimes, for security reasons, accounts get disabled without notifying the end user, so they mistakenly think something has gone wrong when it really just needs to be re-enabled on the external system."
"There are limitations because Cisco Duo does not support Hotmail accounts, which many people use to log in to their systems."
"The deployment experience was more difficult than we expected because we had some problems with the version of the OS that we have in our servers."
"I think ZoomInfo can be improved by getting the accuracy closer to 99%, as I mentioned it's about 95% accurate, but we do run the information through a secondary source just to validate the bounces, so that would just be great for us and I wouldn't have to run the information through another tool."
"I think ZoomInfo can be improved by addressing the categorization of some businesses, as there is occasionally outdated information or a lack of information."
"The pricing is way too high."
"The team should look into enriching their database, especially for the European and Middle East region."
"I think ZoomInfo can be improved because their number accuracy is still an issue."
"I have not seen a return on investment with ZoomInfo, so I cannot share relevant metrics."
"The implementation process must be improved."
"Sometimes, the data can be lacking or inaccurate, with occasional server issues. I'd like to see these lagging issues addressed. For example, when validating data, there are often discrepancies; a company might show different data counts on ZoomInfo compared to other sources. Improving the integration of accurate data would be beneficial."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"You pay per user when using this solution and the pricing is fair."
"Cisco has the most expensive products because market leaders tend to charge a lot."
"I only need the solution for IT staff, which makes it relatively cheap. If I deployed it for the whole company, it would be costly, so it depends on the number of users. Duo Security is affordable compared to other products in the segment."
"It is affordable for what's coming to the table with it, but in this day and age, the cost is looked at under a microscope, and companies need to very finely define what is needed versus what is critical. In some cases, it might not be cost-effective for a company to have it. In a lot of other cases, it is the cost of doing business."
"With regard to pricing, for a small business buying a one off, it's pretty expensive. If it's an enterprise that has thousands of employees, however, it's really nothing to protect your data because if your network goes down or it's breached, you're losing millions of dollars every minute. When it comes to a large enterprise, it's priced where it should be because you're talking business to business. You're not talking business to consumer."
"It's a bit confusing because we're on a three-year plan with a certain number of licenses, and we've gone over that number. They told us that when we renew, they will add all these licenses. We've expanded quickly, so everyone's kind of scared because no one knows what the bill is with the long pricing cycle."
"Price wise, it's not cheap, but it's not expensive at all either. It's in the middle."
"Duo Security is free."
"The pricing is moderate."
"The tool costs around 10-15 dollars a month. It is a bit expensive."
