Supports seamless authentication for users across multiple organizations and personal portals
The features I use in Cisco Duo include Duo Pushes to confirm my identity to the device, and eventually as MFA security was increased, I actually had to use exchange passcodes. Sometimes, I have to go into the site and get into Cisco Duo to retrieve the passcode, and many of them have been two-factor, where the sites send a passcode that I have to enter into Cisco Duo. It has been more of the latter. I have not seen issues with lagging or crashing on Cisco Duo's end; it was usually on the client end, often because someone set up a bad upgrade or there were connection issues with the Cisco Duo cloud through the administrative site.

Targeted prospecting has increased campaign success and accelerates pipeline growth
The best features ZoomInfo offers include prospect call numbers, account-based prospecting and insights, integration with other systems, prospect contact information, and positioning with each company. I love the advanced search option which allows us to narrow down search results. I find myself using all of the features the most because they are very helpful and robust as they provide detailed company information where we are able to look at that company and know what we will do after that. ZoomInfo provides prospect contact information and position with each company. It provides advanced search options which allow us to narrow down search results easily and make data-driven decisions easily. Tracking people movement is easy, and Account IQ on accounts most likely to engage is very good. ZoomInfo has positively impacted our organization since we started using this tool by streamlining potential contacts in our organization. It speeds making contact by providing accurate email and phone numbers. It fits into our sales pipeline by transferring data directly to Pipedrive. Since using ZoomInfo, we have seen an increase in our sales campaign by fifty percent. We also achieve better account booking targets. The intent-based approach gives us better conversion.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"It is a great system regarding multi-factor authentication, specifically after we did the integration with Active Directory, allowing us to manage the users who use the VPN, our main gateway for VPN Cisco ASA Secure, with full administration."
"My advice for other companies that are considering getting Cisco Duo is to try it, and you will be amazed at how easy and how productive this tool is."
"I would say Cisco Duo improved our authentication with that extra layer of security and the usability for our end users."
"The features of Cisco Duo that I like the most are the simplicity, and the benefits of these features to my organization include security components and security authentication components."
"What I most appreciate about Cisco Duo is the ease of use."
"Cisco Duo is an excellent solution to protect our network."
"Cisco Duo is very user-friendly."
"Overall, it meets all my needs, including price point, and I've been very happy with it."
"The data provided is really rich and the email and phone number effectiveness rate have been astonishing."
"Before using ZoomInfo, my experiences with other apps left me with no clients, outdated information, and zero responsiveness, and after switching to ZoomInfo, I closed three deals on the first day and suggested my company encourage all interns and my team to use ZoomInfo for lead generation, which saved us time and improved our client acquisition significantly."
"The technical support team has been very responsive and helpful."
"ZoomInfo has positively impacted my organization by enabling us to easily get the correct buyer persona and correct buyer details, so it saves us a lot of time."
"We can easily find the data we need on ZoomInfo, which is why I like it. It has 99 percent accuracy. ZoomInfo almost always provides accurate data for specific roles and markets."
"ZoomInfo has impacted my organization positively because with our new partnership, we were able to add thousands of contacts that we never would have had otherwise, and it's been huge on getting our messaging out and really been the backbone behind our marketing."
"The overall product is fantastic and it serves its purpose."
"The solution saves us time and money."

Cons

"My experience with Cisco Duo's strong security authentication system is that sometimes there are difficulties, and sometimes users just won't be able to log in. We have to reset their password so they can use Duo."
"I would love to see improvements around Identity and Access Management with Cisco Duo, specifically how we can use that as a central source of truth for all of our IAM tools, including Active Directory."
"General announcements when new features come out with Cisco Duo should be broadcasted to customers who are using it, which might bring more accessibility to their documents so users can be more in tune with updates."
"However, I need to look into Cisco Duo; I had not realized they had an email aspect."
"I wouldn't mind seeing some options for remembering a device for a short period of time or a specific login, particularly for administrative engineering staff, as we may be logging in to four or five different services."
"I believe Cisco Duo needs to be improved on the delay process because there is a delay when we send a Duo Push or when we are signing into any applications."
"More automation and device insights would be helpful in achieving a seamless single pane of glass. Having the additional capability to streamline processes would also make things better."
"One downside of Cisco Duo is the expense, as there are clients that can afford only the basic package, which does not include Geo-fencing, leaving them unable to pay for the more expensive level, which I do not feel justifies the double price of that upper tier version."
"We face difficulty while collecting data from small companies."
"Most of the time the accuracy is definitely there, although there are instances where it was a company number rather than the actual person, and some information was outdated, such as when the person's name or information reflects someone who has already retired from the company, yet the system still listed that information."
"The product's setup process could be easy to understand for new users."
"I think ZoomInfo can be improved by addressing the categorization of some businesses, as there is occasionally outdated information or a lack of information."
"ZoomInfo can be improved with a monthly subscription plan, which will be helpful for a small company or a small business unit where we are just about to start and want to experiment with ZoomInfo."
"The implementation process must be improved."
"I have not seen a return on investment with ZoomInfo, so I cannot share relevant metrics."
"Most of the time the information is old."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"I believe the licensing model is excellent as it offers flexibility to our customers, allowing them to adopt a crawl, walk, or run approach."
"I haven't seen any information on the pricing in four years, so I can't comment on that."
"The cost was reasonable. Licensing was pretty straightforward for a change."
"Overall, the pricing is fair. Customers can wrap it into their Enterprise Agreement, making it easier for them to solve their issues."
"From a reseller perspective, it's still challenging to explain the whole license strategy to a client, so we really have to be ahead of that for all the true forward conversations."
"Duo Security's pricing is good, fair, and very comparable to today's market."
"It's very simple. Its price is fair. We use the hardware tokens as well. You get what you pay for. In terms of licensing, Cisco has very complicated products, but Duo Security was surprisingly easy."
"It was very reasonable."
"The tool costs around 10-15 dollars a month. It is a bit expensive."
"The pricing is moderate."
