Arvin Nuhandya - PeerSpot reviewer
User-friendly and best suitable for small to medium businesses
Setting up Bitdefender is easy if there is no existing endpoint protection. If there is, it gets a bit more complicated. You will need to remove any current security software on your computer or endpoint before installing Bitdefender to avoid conflicts. Deployment involved registering online and, during the process, we encountered minimal issues. Any problems were quickly resolved by referring to the well-defined website resources. The deployment team consisted of just one or two people, given that we are an SMB company. The entire deployment took approximately two hours. Maintaining Bitdefender is easy, especially with the cloud-based version. However, in an on-premise setup using the call function, it might involve moving from PC to PC for upkeep.
John Rallo - PeerSpot reviewer
Offers excellent visibility into vulnerabilities and the attack surface itself
Attack surface reduction and limiting attack surface vectors are valuable features. It's helpful to isolate specific devices and get super granular with the features they offer. The visibility into the attack surface is good. It gets highly granular. I don't work on that side, but the people who do tell me they get more visibility.
