The only thing that it does not include, which I would like to see in it, is the VPN. If VPN was included in Bitdefender Total Security, that would be a really valuable feature to add to the product. The VPN is handy, but to pay quite a lot more on top is costly. VPN is becoming a lot more commonplace and needed, and some competitors are now including it as part of their offering. I have no intention of moving away from Bitdefender Total Security, but I just think that could be quite a valuable addition to have as part of the product.

The location-tracking feature for finding phones could be improved, as well as the remote wipe functionality. There is a commercial aspect where having an unlimited VPN would enhance the product, as currently, it is a separate product with limitations in Bitdefender Total Security.
I would find it more useful to receive notifications more often than just reporting on what's happening. I’d like updates on recent changes, new threats, or events in the cybersecurity landscape.
Bitdefender could make it slightly less process-intensive. It could be lighter. Bitdefender can sometimes use up a bit too much processing power. When the engine runs, it can sometimes take up too many resources. Optimizing this would definitely make multitasking on my computer smoother.

Bitdefender Total Security must expand its global presence, particularly in establishing legal offices in various countries, including Saudi Arabia. Other competitors already have legal offices in most locations worldwide.
The solution could improve the way they manage it. Also, I had some password protection issues. You can’t save your password in one place for all data types.

In terms of improvements, I would like to see some flexibility in the ransomware limitations. Our company has made efforts, but some of our customers, especially those in government, have higher bandwidth requirements, around 20-25 MB. It would be beneficial to have options that accommodate these needs. Additionally, there is room for enhancement in the password-safe feature. While it is good, it could be more versatile.

There is room for improvement, particularly in the area of updates. I've noticed that updates sometimes aren't as prompt as they could be. It would be beneficial if Bitdefender could enhance the speed of its updates for a more immediate response to emerging threats. It could benefit from the addition of an extra feature, such as a VPN or a secure login option.
