Admin gets the information about which computer has been infected and good to use for servers and endpoints
The important factor is that after implementing Bitdefender, we haven't found any attacks. It has a vaccine for the RDP protocol, which is specific to this. We do some customization, but it does not lack any protection. Compared to older versions, we have not found any degradation in performance in the newer versions from the last three to five years, whether for graphical or normal users. They're not complaining that we are facing problems like memory issues. Bitdefender is also customizable and granular, but once you install it, it keeps running. The admin gets the information about which computer has been infected and can take action accordingly. On a regular basis, Bitdefender's AI capability is okay. But you cannot leave some decisions to AI. You must have control. You have to look at what you're filtering, as it can be a false positive. But on a regular basis, AI can be helpful.

The ease of installation and licensing are also significant advantages
We use the application filtering, content filtering, and intrusion prevention system (IPS) features. These features are crucial for our network security. The ease of installation and licensing are also significant advantages, as it allows us to have one license for all products, which simplifies upgrading and maintenance. Additionally, the ease of deployment is critical for us.

"The cloud console is good and the tool is effective in protection."
"It is perfectly stable. We haven't received any complaints from customers regarding stability or performance. It's been smooth sailing so far."
"Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security has a lot of telemetry that allows me to really see what's going on with the device."
"Security for malware and threats is the most valuable feature."
"The most valuable feature is the IDS."
"The solution is very scalable."
"Protection is the most valuable feature."
"There are a few valuable features that offer very good quality on the solution. Especially NetScreen. We used to use NetScreen for the the product line. It was a very mature solution, very robust, easy to configure, easy to manage, etc. It made it easy to do everything."
"It's basic functionality is probably the most valuable feature."
"The tool's most valuable features are routing features and service quality."

Cons

"The initial setup should be made easier."
"Sometimes the response from Technical Support takes more time than usual because level three support is not in Brazil."
"The price has increased marginally recently and I would prefer if they didn't raise rates."
"Overall, Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security is quite good. It always has new features which customers can use for free, so I can't say that something is missing in the solution, though one area for improvement is that the cloud version of Bitdefender GravityZone Enterprise Security still can't connect to a central SIEM. The on-premises version has that capability, but the cloud version doesn't."
"The solution must be more user-friendly."
"We had experienced a crash and had to reinstall it."
"It could be simplified a little bit for firewall rules and blocking specific IP addresses. It would be nice to have an option to upload a CSV or XLSX file of IP addresses to be blacklisted or to be able to specify a range as attempted logins from botnets and people attempting to access network accounts is an increasing issue across the board."
"The dashboard can be improved."
"I would suggest improving the pricing, particularly the licensing model."
"The tool's basic license does not cover everything. It needs to improve visibility and availability."
"The solution should consider improving its licensing policies."
"They could provide support for cloud deployments."
"The reporting can be improved."
"In the next release, I would like to see improvements made to the GUI because it isn't very good."
"The solution's GUI needs improvement."
"Fortinet is more user friendly than Juniper. In terms of remote access, I actually prefer using Fortinet. It's much easier to configure."

"The tool is not expensive and pricing is competitive."
"We purchase the solution for three or five-year intervals. We paid approximately $150 for 10 to 15 users."
"The general basic price is roughly $1.20 for a license with Bitdefender."
"The price is fair."
