It has served us well.""The solution is scalable and is capable of working on every appliance on every operating system.""Making calls and having meetings is easy.""The simplicity and ease of use are the most valuable features. It's so much easier and quicker than writing an email to someone and waiting for them to read it.""Desktop sharing is a valuable feature.""Scalable communication tool that's easy to install. Cons
"There were some additional features coming up, as they informed us through email. But we didn't get any update on them."

More Avaya Spaces Cons →

"The challenge we had with Skype for Business was with the signing in when a user signed out and when signing in back in again, there was a bit of a problem. We switched from Skype for Business to Teams, and Teams never had that sign-in problem once we did the switch.""Lacks a zoom-in feature for whoever is presenting.""There might be some invitation issues with Skype for Business.""We need a feature where you can virtually raise your hand to silently let the presenter know that you have a question.""The solution requires deployment on a Microsoft server and its performance is heavy because it consumes too many resources from the RAM.""There are not many options, in terms of some other third-party integration.""We would like to better customize our instructions within the Outlook plugin/invite, but we are unable to do so.""The tool needs to have a dynamic file updating feature, so people you share a file with could update the file dynamically, all at once, all at the same time."
