Automates processes efficiently with cost-effective scaling and robust customer support
Web scraping is quite good since it offers a lot of possibilities. Another important feature for me is its compatibility with MBI, the Power that is ISEQUADO Centers. I appreciate the ability to scale and increase the number of bots or studios without additional expense. Automate's non-reliance on additional orchestrators makes it quite cost-effective.

Has Decipher IDP feature which extracts data from images and PDF files
We find many of Blue Prism's features valuable. One recent one we're using is Decipher IDP. We're also looking at a couple of other tools and working on proofs of concept. Decipher IDP helps us create templates to extract data from images and PDF files, which is especially useful for processing invoices accurately and feeding that information into our systems. Overall, the tool is easy to use and learn. When there are upgrades or complications, we can migrate quickly. The development time is shorter, which makes things easier and keeps our customers happy with the results. So far, Blue Prism has quickly adapted to our business requirements. We haven't run into major complexities yet - everything has been successful.

A scalable solution which is easy to install and use
I do not use the solution personally as I am not the end-user. It is merely one of the solutions that we offer to our customers. We act as consultants, solution providers. We have around 60 customers who are using the solution. I would, for sure, recommend the solution to others. I consider the profile of the project to be quite good at the moment. I rate Another Monday as a nine out of ten.

They simply provide a PDF or documentation for you to go through it, whereas, if you go with UiPath or Automation Anywhere, they have several videos and community support to guide you. The documentation of Blue Prism is static. They don't have any sort of videos or open forums. Other tools have got a lot of community support, but Blue Prism doesn't have that. Its training is also hard to attain, and they also don't provide any certification."
