Pricing and ROI: Adobe Workfront has a premium pricing plan due to its extensive features, potentially yielding high ROI for complex projects. Asana provides competitive pricing with flexible plans, suited for small to medium-sized teams, offering quick ROI and a favorable cost-to-benefit ratio.
We tracked all of the savings through Adobe Workfront, and at the end of the year, for those 2,500 users, we saved over 1,200 hours, or 1,200 man hours.
However, due to its pricing, I need to be careful about adding each user and feature.
They provide answers and guidance on how to resolve issues, such as clearing cookies and cache, and assist in best practice configuration and optimization of the platform.
It is considered a citizen admin system, and you don't need to be an IT professional to be an administrator.
If L5 does not understand, it moves to L4. If they can't solve it, it moves to a higher level.
The technical support is of high quality.

Asana is quite stable; it is a tool I can trust.
We can enhance integrations, such as ensuring Adobe Workfront integrates more seamlessly with other Adobe products like Experience Manager and Creative Cloud.
If I have issue-level data and project-level data that I need to see, with some custom coding, you can do some of it in a report, but in general, if you have a lot of that blended data between levels, you need to use a dashboard, which requires two different reports due to the difficulty in pulling data at the different levels into one thing.
Integration with Azure DevOps could be improved to facilitate better communication between the two systems.
It would be easier if I could assign tasks directly from my email without needing to open Asana.
It would be beneficial to have a native option for Asana to create tickets so we could move away from our main ticketing tool.
This can include items such as mileage, supplies, software, licenses, and travel costs.
To add one user is expensive, which makes me cautious about upgrading or adding more users.

You can set up the complete workflow from start to end with Adobe Workfront, such as content creation, content publication, and getting that approval process, storing it somewhere.
Asana's automation allows me to automate deadlines and send notifications to the right people about approaching deadlines.
The easy way to get all the analytics at the end of the month or year is the most important feature, and that's why we are still with Asana.

Asana is web-based software-as-a-service that helps teams coordinate and manage their work. It helps companies move faster by making sure everyone knows the team’s plan and process and who is doing what by when.
Each user can create projects using a list, board, calendar, or timeline view. Within each project, users can add tasks, subtasks, sections, comments, attachments, start and due dates, and custom fields. Project and task followers get notifications on changes or comments on the project and/or task in their Inbox. Individual users can see all of the tasks they're responsible for across all of their projects in a view called My Tasks.
