What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Clazar is primarily for automated and co-sell marketing and cloud marketplace pipeline attribution. Instead of running a traditional isolated campaign, Clazar allows marketing managers to bridge marketing qualified leads directly with the hyper scaler and co-sell programs to generate low cost and high converting co-sell pipelines on autopilot, and co-marketing capabilities automatically roll out the campaign leads and marketing inquiries straight into the CRM pipelines while auto-registering the co-sell opportunities with cloud partners without manual entries.
One unique way I have used Clazar is for Marketplace Revenue and Conversion Analytics, tracking campaign ROI from cloud marketplace providing full visibility into which marketing assets and co-sell programs drive closed and won revenue. A specific example is when a marketing manager runs a joint webinar with AWS, captures 150 target accounts, and using the Clazar CRM integration, qualified leads are instantly enriched and auto-submitted as AWS ACE co-sell opportunities in bulk. Additionally, when a prospect expresses intent, marketing and sales send pre-configured private offer links directly from Salesforce, leveraging committed cloud spends. This has eliminated over 15 minutes of manual submissions per lead, drastically increasing the conversion rate by tying marketing efforts directly to cloud buyers and budgets.
How has it helped my organization?
Clazar has positively impacted my organization by delivering strong and quantifiable results for selling software through cloud marketplaces like AWS, Azure, and GCP, eliminating administrative bottlenecks, removing manual copy-pasting dealings, and allowing partner managers and RevOps teams to push opportunities directly from Salesforce to HubSpot with just a few clicks. The positive outcomes include higher sales rep adoption, faster co-sell responses, and predictable revenue recognition. The benchmark outcomes are 10x in co-sell submissions, over 15 minutes saved per deal, about 58% higher win rates, and under four hours referral response.
Faster post-sales response times have improved my team's workflow and customer satisfaction by helping us transform internal team dynamics and customer sentiments. Instant responses during key onboarding prevent delays and boost renewals. The impact on the internal team eliminates backlogs and enhances turnaround times for support and account management queries, effectively shifting the team from reactive issues to strategic value delivery and customer growth.
What is most valuable?
The best features Clazar offers, which I find attractive, include automated leads to co-sells and co-marketing, the CPPO or MPO campaign management and link managers, partner channel offers, AWS CPPO and Azure MPO, and creating tailored price and promotional packages for reseller campaigns directly from Salesforce or HubSpot. Marketing revenue and conversion analytics have also been valuable.
Clazar's AI capabilities demonstrate accuracy and reliability of output that is quite precise. There is always room for improvement, but it does a great job with intelligent field mapping, schema validation, and auto-population of co-sell forms or private offers from Salesforce data, mapping internal CRM fields to hyper scaler formats with a very low error rate.
What needs improvement?
Clazar can be improved with advanced multi-cloud analytics, deeper unified forecasting, predictive revenue attribution models across AWS, Azure, and GCP in a single view, expanded CRM customization, more granular UI flip mapping controls inside Salesforce and HubSpot widgets, highly customized deal flows, enhanced metric debugging, real-time sandbox testing tools, and automated errors and alerting for complex usage and billing API metric setups.
Expanded CRM customization, enhanced metric debugging, real-time sandbox testing tools, automated errors, alerting for complex usage, and API metric setups could be improved to achieve a higher rating.
Regarding Clazar's AI capabilities, I believe it should focus on data isolation and ensuring compliance with GDPR standards, as no public training or customer data from CRM fields and co-sell logs are used to train public LLM models.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Before choosing Clazar, I evaluated different options, including cloud GTM platforms like Tackle.io, which has a strong reputation for handling complex multi-cloud listings and enterprise Salesforce setups. I chose Clazar for its pricing model, revenue share percentages, and quicker implementation compared to Tackle. Additionally, I considered Sugar.io, which needed deep API integration, but Clazar offered a more refined native CRM UI experience inside Salesforce and HubSpot, allowing marketing managers to avoid building complex API workflows.
What other advice do I have?
Clazar is deployed in my organization as a cloud-native multiple tenant software platform, primarily hosted on AWS and operational as zero-footprint web applications with native API integration directly inside existing SaaS tools, syncing bidirectionally with Salesforce, HubSpot, and cloud partner portals such as AWS. I purchased Clazar through the AWS Marketplace.
My advice for others looking into using Clazar is to focus on improving CRM UX within Salesforce and HubSpot for sales and marketing managers, as Clazar provides strong multi-cloud co-sell automation and AI-driven field mapping features. It is a good option, especially since manual submissions typically require 15 to 20 minutes of copy-pasting per deal. The decision to choose Clazar usually hinges on predictability, pricing, setup speed, and CRM usability, where Clazar wins by offering a flat, transparent subscription model without revenue share taxes, paired with automated bidirectional CRM syncs that reps actually use.
I would rate Clazar a strong eight overall.
