The most valuable feature is that it's very easy to develop the processes and we have been using it for a long time. At that time, no other tool was available, and it was the best product.
When we first got it, I don't think it was a Dell product back then. We upgraded to the cloud last year. Today, it's still the best because it's very user-friendly, and the user interface is also very user-friendly. We can easily develop the processes quickly.
The price could be better. It would also be better if they stopped changing the icons every six months. Whenever they change it, users have to adapt to them again.
