AudioCodes Mediant Cloud SBC had a positive impact on my organization in terms of flexibility, being able to place a VoIP proxy with an external IP to provide extension authentication via the internet in a secure, isolated way, directing that internally to the client's PBX, which generated flexibility for the company, security, and increased productivity, including during the COVID pandemic.
