Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Managment (CLM) has positively impacted my client organizations by massively reducing contract authoring, with some contracts that used to take three months to execute now being reduced from months down to hours, which has improved client satisfaction, increased deal velocity, and allowed their legal teams to focus on other tasks outside of contracting, thereby freeing up time for the legal departments.

Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Managment (CLM) is very difficult to set rules and to follow based on contract type, as the mapping and the level of tech and coding that is needed for that requires developer skills.
