I am satisfied with analytics and reporting to a certain level, but not completely. There are so many SAP providers and customer solutions to include manual warning reports. SAP S/4HANA also will not provide the detailed reports as users expect, but the system provides the ability to implement new reports. It does not reach that level completely. Around fifty to sixty percent of the system will solve business needs, but not entirely. In the reports area, especially in the customer reports area, there is a lot of room for improvement. It would be better to improve and also meet local requirements and localization. That needs to be addressed.

The biggest benefit of SAP S/4HANA Finance is the stability of the solution, which brings the knowledge from SAP ECC systems. It is also a standard solution for a multi-company organization because we can configure different companies in the solution and its standard multi-company transactions. SAP S/4HANA Finance is a centralized data storage and data warehouse in which all users can access the same data in a centralized way and it brings information to every department on a real-time basis. It allows users to predict the needs of a customer or the needs of their own company in terms of purchasing because it is powered with AI, giving users more information about trends and what they should be doing regarding the history of transactions in SAP S/4HANA Finance. Strategic planning in SAP S/4HANA Finance is very complex, which means we can have strategic planning for sales, finance, and budget. We can bring many plans and forecasts for different areas and incorporate them inside the system, so they will be present in all transactions and all processes of the company.

We are using certain applications, including Intercept X software application in mobile for two-way authentication in VPN connection, along with other products such as SAP ERP and Google Cloud for email. We are now shifting to SAP S/4HANA Finance, and this process is ongoing since we have been implementing SAP since 2001. Regarding SAP S/4HANA Finance, the migration process is underway, and we have not yet fully migrated but within two or three months, we will be migrating to SAP S/4HANA Finance. Currently, we are using SAP 6.0 and almost seven modules. We have implemented our finance model in SAP since the implementation began.
