What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Anthropic Claude Opus 4.6 is to write code mainly and for research purposes. I conduct market research for my application and then write my code accordingly.
Recently, I wanted to perform SEO optimization on my landing page and all my blog pages, so I used Anthropic Claude Opus 4.6 to evaluate the current blog standings and determine how to improve the SEO. I conducted competitor analysis using it, fetched data from my search engines and from Google Search Console, and fed it to Anthropic Claude Opus 4.6. It provided me with a very detailed report on which areas to focus on to improve the SEO.
What is most valuable?
The best features Anthropic Claude Opus 4.6 offers include giving an instant preview of any file type I ask it to create, and it has a deep thinking feature that allows it to iterate over its own thoughts. This is useful because I do not have to prompt it again and again; I can simply give it a straightforward prompt. If it has any questions, it promptly asks me the question during the response to get a better understanding, which I really appreciate.
Out of those features, I find myself using Anthropic Claude Opus 4.6 the most because it makes the biggest difference for me day-to-day. Anthropic Claude Opus 4.6 has positively impacted my work because, as I have mentioned, it has helped me with everything related to my tasks.
What needs improvement?
Regarding small things that could be improved or added to make my experience even better, I think it is fine as it is.

I have been using Anthropic Claude Opus 4.6 for about six to seven months.
How are customer service and support?
Regarding Anthropic Claude Opus 4.6's AI capabilities, I find its governance and security still questionable since we do not know how much our data is being exploited, but it is pretty good at finding bugs that are at a low level.
Regarding Anthropic Claude Opus 4.6's AI capabilities, the accuracy is about eighty percent and it depends on the context we provide. It pretty much handles any basic tasks that a junior-level engineer or junior-level market researcher would do. It is dependent on how one handles it.
What other advice do I have?
My advice to others looking into using Anthropic Claude Opus 4.6 is to go ahead, give structured prompts, and do it properly by providing proper context, and it will get the task done. I would rate my overall experience with this product as a nine out of ten.
