Paul is Ascribe's Head of Business Intelligence leading on the company's strategy for Microsoft-based business and clinical intelligence, health and social care BI portals. Previously CEO of 21C, Paul has developed and expanded the range of BI product and service offerings that Ascribe take to market, developed international business and increased the profitability and turnover of the business. He has an international reputation as a spokesman on healthcare informatics issues, based on having designed and delivered (through a team of BI and data warehouse professionals) a set of national knowledge management platforms, processing financial and performance data for the NHS. Paul led the successful bid to become Microsoft Worldwide Partner of the Year Public Sector: Healthcare for innovative and scaleable Microsoft technology based healthcare business models. He is also a recognised expert on the design and use of Big Data solutions for health and social care.
