I work in Customer Operations at smartONE Solutions, a consultancy with 1-10 employees.

I'm comparing three vendors for my small company as we require a robust ITIL-based ticketing solution that includes telephony, automation, and robust reporting. We would also like for it to include chatbots and smart routing.
