I work primarily with wireless solutions through Mist AI and Cloud, Mist Edges, and access points. I have been working with Mist AI and Cloud for one year, focusing mainly on implementation, troubleshooting, and configuration. We automate monitoring through Grafana on the same platform, and users without superuser access can use APIs to check details, ensuring good automation on the Juniper platform. I chose Juniper primarily for its troubleshooting capabilities, easier implementation, stability, scalability, and straightforward deployment.

Mist AI and Cloud serves many use cases. Customers want to reduce the number of devices on site, making it convenient to manage their wireless infrastructure through the cloud, thus reducing the power requirement that a typical wireless LAN controller would have taken to install on site. Another important part of the Mist AI platform is the virtual network assistant where AI automatically resolves most of the issues seen on the wireless infrastructure or network, which helps to resolve most issues even before users find out there's an issue with their network infrastructure. I declined an offer because last year we had a discussion about AI. I declined because I am Juniper. I work at Juniper SC for Juniper distributor in the Middle East, based in Dubai. That's the reason I already have experience in all this technology. For the past twelve years, I have been involved with AI, specifically Mist, using Juniper Technology products for the distributor.
We manage a sizable building that houses our office workspaces, comprising approximately six hundred offices. Our primary requirement is to deploy WiFi access across these offices. This serves as the initial use case. The second use case arose during the COVID-19 pandemic, prompting us to explore solutions for crowd control. Juniper Apes was considered for its beneficial features, including BLA (location awareness), although it is acknowledged to be a relatively expensive option. The need for effective crowd control during the pandemic, coupled with my involvement in the event industry where crowd management is crucial, further emphasizes the importance of having a solution like SAP for a global perspective on the location of individuals and event details.

We plan to migrate 100 per cent to the cloud and do not want anything left behind on-premises. The solution helps to manage the controller easily. A centralized cloud system makes deployment easier.

A few of my customers have had a very good experience with the solution. Since last year, there have been no complaints from the customers. Most of our customers use the solution in their offices, while some use them at their business centers. If a customer faces any issues, I find the problem is from the ISP or Internet service provider.

Mist AI and Cloud is the best solution I have seen in the industry, especially from the artificial intelligence perspective, as it helps businesses to focus more on their core objective and less on IT. The solution automates everything from client to cloud.
We used the Mist AI solution for wireless access points in my previous organization. We installed over five hundred access points in our environment. Before, we used Arista access points, but we replaced them with Mist.
We are using this solution for its wireless capabilities. The solution is deployed across six different locations, and all of them are retail. The solution is deployed on a private cloud.

But mostly we do it through partners, system integrators or resellers. The kinds of businesses using the solution would be hotels, large conference venues, banquet halls, and things like that.
