SAP Litmos provides lots of digital learning features such as gamification, social media sharing, leaderboards and widgets. I like these features a lot.
From a learning management system admin perspective, it has a user-friendly interface, but the functionality is deep. So, you can automate people in and out of courses. It lowers the general admin of an LMS admin so that I can focus more on value-adding things for the organization I'm working with.
It's very easy to design content and create training models within the app, so you don't always have to use a third-party tool to develop your e-learning.
