I'm busy with my first NetIQ Proposal and want to know if someone can assist me with example(s) Statement of Work(SoW) documentation and Implementation Costs/Quote(s) for the implementation of NetIQ at a SMB (+-1000 employees)?
I have worked on ITIM/ISIM implementations for the last couple of years and know the implementation costs involved, but do not want to over-quote or underestimate the necessary efforts behind NetIQ implementation.
