However, high CPU utilization, complex setup, and pricing concerns challenge users. It improves incident response and benefits organizations but requires skilled analysts. Technical support is helpful but needs improvement in responsiveness and expertise. Integration with other SIEM solutions requires enhancement to fully realize Trellix XDR's potential.
