My use cases for Tableau [Private Offer Only] are primarily for visual analytics. I developed the National Strategy for Development of Statistics for Ghana and Liberia, with the Liberia strategy completed last year covering 2025 to 2026, while the Ghana strategy covered 2024 to 2025. I used Tableau [Private Offer Only] for my analysis and introduced all the National Statistical Agencies and the National Statistical System Agencies to Tableau [Private Offer Only]. They have a lot of data but lack the skills to use Python or other programming languages, and I advised them that they do not need to know Python or R. They simply need to derive insights from the data. The biggest advantage of Tableau [Private Offer Only] is its ease of use. It is very easy to use, and it offers a lot of charts that make it easier for anyone to understand what is happening. If you are new to Tableau [Private Offer Only], you might feel confused when you load your data and see a screen where it has grouped the variables into two, but as long as you receive an explanation on how to analyze data, users can understand it.

The drag and drop interface in Tableau [Private Offer Only] helps with data analysis significantly. It is intuitive, and you do not need to worry so much about the specific steps to take.

I believe the integration with various data sources in Tableau [Private Offer Only] is very good. It has a lot of connectors, and compared to my experience with Power BI, Tableau [Private Offer Only]'s integration is superior.

Currently, I am linking KNIME and Tableau [Private Offer Only] because there are many things you can do easily with KNIME, and Tableau Prep could be better.

Tableau [Private Offer Only] Prep does impact data readiness, but it is difficult to train others using it compared to using KNIME for data cleansing. It is good if you know what you are doing.

I believe the focus should be on improving the AI side of Tableau [Private Offer Only] so I can load my data dictionary and business glossary for better assistance in my analyses.

If the data is in the right format, even when I change the worksheet that I have been working with, it easily captures the changes, and the visual is actually updated within a very short time. I find this a very useful feature.

Regarding the preparation feature, I have used Tableau [Private Offer Only] data preparation to correct any missing values and to validate the data that I am using. It is a good feature.

Once I have a clear workflow and have developed a certain visualization in Tableau [Private Offer Only], sometimes when I connect to the system, it just picks the data and performs the analysis as long as the workflow is well started and the relationships are well-defined. It automatically updates upon refresh and automatically updates these visuals.

The key benefits that Tableau [Private Offer Only] brings to the table for me is more communication to non-technical teams. It has helped me disseminate information easily to various non-technical teams and high-level staff, making it very useful in that area.

I would like to see improved in Tableau [Private Offer Only] more color schemes for visualization. It should add more color schemes. For the various charts, I think it has enough. Mostly, it will be the color scheme and the combination of color schemes that is usually there that could be enhanced.

I have been using Tableau [Private Offer Only] for around four years.

Regarding the pricing aspect of Tableau [Private Offer Only], I disregard the pricing element for my personal projects because I am not using it from an enterprise level; it is mostly for personal projects. For me, it is fairly good.

I would say integration is a key difference in comparison to Power BI or other BI technologies. Power BI comes as a whole feature with the Microsoft tools, making it easy to connect with various Office tools. For Tableau [Private Offer Only], I can connect, but it will not be that efficient compared to that. I think that is something that cannot really be improved. It is something that people have to take as it is because of the ownership of the various products.

I have not used the collaborative feature in Tableau [Private Offer Only] because I have been using it mostly for personal projects.

At the moment, I have no metrics or stats that I can share regarding the impact of real-time data analysis with Tableau [Private Offer Only].

I am not sure about the integration with AI and how it can sit with the desktop version of Tableau [Private Offer Only], but that would really come in handy. An AI agent that can easily create visuals from a certain dataset could be a great addition if it is not already there. If it is there, I might need to explore it. Overall, I would rate this review as an 8.
