Over the eight years, we've been using NetApp with ONTAP, we've never lost a bit of data, and we've only experienced a few minutes of downtime in that entire time.
NetApp NVMe AFF A800 is valued for flexibility, low latency, and fast I/O capabilities. While praised for reliability and data integrity, it is expensive and setting up is complex. The product lacks sufficient RAM and should include physical cords. Support response times are slow, and stability and performance need improvement. Scalability is a plus, but technical support has room for enhancement. Pricing adjustment and a plug-and-play setup would be beneficial.
