How has it helped my organization?
We use Kairos for improved Risk Visibility, Monitoring, and Compliance across different business processes.
What is most valuable?
The most valuable feature is the user-friendly mechanism that makes it possible to easily integrate its data with external, contextually important data, so that wholistic data analytics can be performed from a GRC perspective. At TCS, we have created add-ons to allow this software to be able to import and export data using industry standards like OMG’s XMI (XML Metadata Interchange).
What needs improvement?
We are currently working on making this software 100% compliant with the main method standard in the industry, i.e. “Essence”.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Methodware Kairos for the past two years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Methodware Kairos is stable and has yet to crash in our environment.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The scalability for Methodware Kairos is pretty robust.
How are customer service and support?
Technical support is doing a good job and we do not have any issues.

What other advice do I have?
I would recommend making sure the clients that use Methodware Kairos, use industry standards while integrating this solution with other software tools. Otherwise, getting a holistic GRC perspective might require multiple point-to-point proprietary integrations with other software which in turn might lead to bloatware. Overall, I would rate Methodware Kairos an eight out of ten.
