The dashboard effectively identifies vulnerabilities and potential threats. However, scalability is limited with increasing Syslog events, and connectivity issues present challenges. Technical support is satisfactory, although the first tier needs improvement. The product would benefit from better security integration and easier report customization for a smoother user experience.
