My client's biggest use case for the product involves privacy issues, so I prefer not to mention customer names. Cybersecurity solutions are widespread and require substantial human resources to manage and maintain these tools, which is not always easy to provide or make available. When I provide customers with a single platform that can manage, troubleshoot, and work with different solutions in a single dashboard, it adds significant value and ROI for them. Kondukto's main purpose is to consolidate and manage more than three or four scanners within a single unified platform that facilitates operations and reduces the burden on resources and engineering teams.
What is our primary use case?
How has it helped my organization?
Kondukto helps consolidate security findings by correlating them to minimize false positives and giving customers a complete and clear vision of high critical findings in an easy way.
The impact of this automated management system on remediation speed for a vulnerability is that there is no negative impact. Customers have the ability to schedule scans in non-business hours or non-peak hours and reduce the priority of the scanner, so it does not affect the performance of any existing solution or running platform.
What is most valuable?
The best feature and biggest benefit of the product is the ability to manage different scanners from a single dashboard.
Regarding analytics capability, Kondukto provides actionable insights into security needs because it performs all the work on the customer's behalf. It checks findings and vulnerabilities from different scanners, confirms that all findings are matched together, and makes it clear and confident that the final finding is truly a vulnerability requiring action.
Regarding automation features, Kondukto is fully automated and fully integrated with a plug and play approach.
In terms of integration with DevOps pipelines, the benefit is that Kondukto itself is not an integration tool. The DAST tool is integrated, and I can manage the scanner. The tool itself, whether it is DAST or SAST, will be integrated with DevOps and other tools like notification tools, SIEM, and SOC. The scanner tool itself will be managed under Kondukto, but Kondukto does not provide integration. There is no need because the scanner itself will integrate with other tools.
What needs improvement?
Until now, I have not seen any negative feedback or impact on Kondukto. It is a helpful tool that reduces cost and increases customer profitability.
Speaking hypothetically about potential improvements, there is no need to add anything to Kondukto because the integration role belongs to the scanner, not the manager. Kondukto is a managed tool, not an integration tool.
The primary concerns I have are that it is somewhat expensive, support would rate as seven, and there were licensing activation issues. These concerns are minor overall.
For how long have I used the solution?
Regarding Kondukto, I started selling it at the beginning of 2026 because the acquisition was completed at the beginning of this year. Regarding Invicti, I have been selling it since 2019.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Kondukto is stable, and up to now, I have not found any technical issues with it except for some licensing and activation issues, which are very easy to fix.
There was some issue, but I would rate stability as nine points.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
For scalability, I would rate it as ten. If you have ten, twenty, or more scanners, you can add them, and it will run fine without any issues.
How are customer service and support?
Regarding technical support from Invicti, I can say it is seven because sometimes they take time to respond, especially as they are in the process of fully acquiring and achieving full synergy between the two companies. Sometimes they need a different team that knows Kondukto, which may take some time.
How was the initial setup?
The installation is very straightforward, involving a plug-in followed by a simple next, next, next, finish process.
What was our ROI?
Kondukto generally saves money. For example, if you have five scanners, you need at least five people to scan and manage the platforms, get findings, analyze them, and conduct pre-assessment analysis to identify if a real vulnerability exists. A single tool from a single platform does all of this and provides the final output with recommendations, which is a great advantage.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
Regarding price, it is somewhat expensive, but it can work.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Regarding the whole picture on the market, particularly in the Egypt market, Kondukto is the only tool I can see that has this ability among all vendors working in the area. Every other vendor works in an isolated environment, and none of them can be integrated with competitors. However, Kondukto can integrate regardless of the vendor name, gather findings, correlate them together, and summarize the output for customers.
What other advice do I have?
Kondukto is an on-premises implementation, but it can manage on-cloud solutions such as Azure. Here in Egypt, we are focused on on-premises solutions, and everything is on-premises.
I have not deployed Kondukto on AWS cloud or purchased anything from the AWS marketplace because everything we use is on-premises.
I would rate Kondukto a nine overall.
Which deployment model are you using for this solution?
On-premises
