  • "This is my only issue with Indigov - its user-friendliness. While it's pretty straightforward, understanding it requires some training. The current setup makes it inconvenient for me to delegate correspondence responses to interns. The analytics portion, particularly in tracking and quantifying responses, is an area that needs improvement. While I'm unsure if there have been updates, I believe enhancing this feature would be beneficial."
