I rate the ease of setup a seven out of ten. The full deployment takes about three months.

To deploy the solution, we must set up the cloud instance with the client. Once that's sorted, we must set up Privacy Enhanced Gateway. It is the tool that allows for data privacy. Once we've got that in place, we configure the different sensors on the machines. Then, we do a training and orientation session and roll it up.

The solution is very expensive. It has always been quite expensive. I rate the pricing a ten out of ten on a scale where ten is expensive, and one is cheap.

We are one of the three organizations across Europe and Africa that are certified implementers of FortressIQ. People who would like to use the solution must choose the right partner to implement.

Some tweaking still needs to happen around the commercial model and the pricing structures. Even though the product is good, it's very difficult for customers to pay for it. It defeats the purpose if we have a good product but no one can afford to pay for it. Overall, I rate the tool a seven out of ten.

I've used the solution for testing and comprehension, aiming to address our customers' challenges. Additionally, we explored its potential for automating and streamlining documentation production in certain processes. The goal was also to monitor and enhance the automation of specific processes while creating documentation.

The solution was initially presented to us as a tool to understand processes effectively. However, a significant issue emerged when the process slightly deviated from the first one I processed. It recognized each distinct click as a separate process, even if it was a minor variation like a right-click or left-click. This posed a challenge in pattern recognition, as the tool treated these variations as different processes rather than identifying them as part of the same process with additional attributes. This should be improved.

Another aspect that needs improvement is the domain definition. For instance, if I have a project that should exclusively interact with SAP and Excel, ensuring that the tool captures information only from these applications is challenging. When I used this solution about six months ago, blocking information from certain personal websites, such as Facebook or WhatsApp, when users were logged in proved difficult. Implementing such blocking operations, including Google, was a somewhat time-consuming task.

I have used the solution for about two months now.

I rate the stability of the solution as three out of ten.

I rate the scalability as five out of ten due to the pattern recognition problem. The process faces challenges when encountering different screens, colors, and physical screen variations, leading to issues in pattern recognition. This hinders scalability, as there should be no differences when performed on different screens. We had four users for the solution.

The support is responsive and reliable. However, the issue was from limitations within the application, impacting the support's ability to address specific problems and cases.

I have worked with IBM process mining and it’s far more stable than FortressIQ.

The initial setup is straightforward, and we needed three personnel to deploy the solution. It was successfully deployed in a day. I would rate it an eight out of ten.

The pricing is reasonable, and the application functions as expected. However, the dissatisfaction stems from the application not meeting my expectations in terms of performance or functionality.

I would recommend looking for other solutions. Overall, I rate the solution a four out of ten.
