EZO EAM is a cloud-based enterprise asset management (EAM) platform with a built-in computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). It was developed by EZO, which was founded in 2011, and was formerly sold as EZOfficeInventory. Mid-market and enterprise organizations in construction, healthcare, education, manufacturing, media, and government use it to manage equipment, tools, IT hardware, and consumables across multiple locations.
| Product | Mindshare (%) |
|---|---|
| EZO EAM | 0.0% |
| IBM Maximo Application Suite | 12.6% |
| Infor CloudSuite | 6.8% |
| Other | 80.6% |
The platform keeps one record per asset, and that record covers the full lifecycle. Procurement, tagging, reservations, check-in and check-out, maintenance, audits, depreciation, and disposal are all logged in the same history. Because of this, operations and maintenance teams can see where an asset is, who has it, when it’s available, and what condition it’s in without reconciling separate tracking and maintenance systems.
Core capabilities
Integrations
EZO EAM connects with Zendesk, Jira, Okta, Google Workspace, QuickBooks Online, Dropbox, and Zapier. A REST API is available for custom integrations.
Positioning
EZO EAM is aimed at organizations that have outgrown spreadsheets or basic asset trackers but don’t need the long implementations that large EAM suites usually involve. Organizations that also need IT and software asset management can pair it with AssetSonar, EZO’s dedicated ITAM platform.
