All features of Zoho CRM are valuable. The user interface, especially the dashboard, offers good navigation. It's not overly complex; switching views and accessing certain features is intuitive. For instance, seeing contacts, accounts, and specific data like DDAicloud directly from the dashboard. Customization options are good, allowing users to tailor the dashboard to their needs. Analytics integration is notably excellent. Analytics integration is seamless with Zoho CRM, offering comprehensive insights without needing to switch between applications. Setting up and deploying the CRM is straightforward, with an intuitive design aiding in navigation and data retrieval. The user interface is well-organized, making it easy to search and access information.
