Offers Legacy system integration and effective in improving process efficiency for back-office operations
Our clients have utilized Pega RPA to streamline repetitive tasks. Earlier, business users in the organization used to work with two systems, manually copying and pasting information between them. One was a very old mainframe system with a text-based interface, and the other was a newer developer application. We developed this integration so that the user interface automatically gathers information from the mainframe system using RPA tool and fills out the information in the system they're using. Pega been very effective in improving process efficiency for back-office operations. It's a very smart tool for integrating legacy systems. It offers great ease of integration with existing systems and databases.

Helps to save costs and man hours
We use the tool for mostly attended and unattended automation.  UiPath's most valuable features are the UI library and object repository, which speed up the development.  The tool needs to have more documentation and change logs. Minor upgrades break a few things.  I have been using the product…
