Intent data has sharpened our campaigns and reviews have built trusted customer advocacy
There are probably a few things that would be helpful. Currently, the dashboards are useful and good, but there is room for improvement, especially with the ability to process data using AI. That integration is happening and I cannot wait to see what we are able to do next to really take our program to the next level. It is probably an opportunity to make it easier to convert the data into marketing assets, whether that is the peer papers or the quote cards or the leader badges. Those all exist now, but there is probably a way to make it more dynamic and easier to obtain and tie that to the data, the intent data.

Headless commerce flexibility has enabled me to build custom front ends and integrate third party APIs
Their documentation is comprehensive, but I noticed that the Commerce Academy course content was outdated and not enough for me to clear the certificate. However, their documentation and GitHub code samples were more comprehensive and helpful in understanding and upskilling in VTEX. What stood out is the flexibility and the MERN stack tech stack that VTEX uses. This is why I gave it an eight. I did not give it a ten because during development, there were some performance issues with load times, and the Commerce Academy platform content and video content is not up to date. I had to refer to the documentation every time for the latest content. Regarding VTEX Commerce Platform's AI capabilities, they have AI integrated in their admin interface where I can ask questions related to their settings. However, I do not find that useful because it was not working properly at times, it was not giving responses, or it was throwing errors. This made me stop using that AI. The AI integration is not capable enough or is not fully integrated and needs improvement.

Cons

"Because we're still fairly new to PeerSpot or I am new to owning the PeerSpot program, we have not seen quantifiable ROI yet, but that is definitely something that we're looking into for the future."
"PeerSpot can be improved with better AI."
"I would focus a bit on the vendor dashboard to make it more intuitive."
"Despite having generated a lot of reviews, it has been hard to change our ranking or positioning."
"Currently, the dashboards are useful and good, but there is room for improvement, especially with the ability to process data using AI."
"I wish we would dive a little deeper into the lead generation portion and how we can collaborate with our sales teams to improve that experience and reach out to those individuals a little sooner."
"PeerSpot can be improved in that the leads or the intent leads that we have received do not really fit our customer ICP very well, so we have not gotten a lot of value from those."
"I would like to see multiple options to create links to track campaign success across multiple marketing opportunities."
"I did not give it a ten because during development, there were some performance issues with load times, and the Commerce Academy platform content and video content is not up to date."
"I do not find it easy to manage all my stores and products from one place in VTEX Commerce Platform, as the dashboards are somewhat sparse in analytical information despite making it easy to manage all the stores from one place."
