Has enabled seamless customization and integration but needs a more intuitive user experience

I am not familiar with the automated contract renewal feature. For real-time reporting for contract execution, we utilize Power BI. While Oracle Concurrent Program and Apex can perform this function, they are not as powerful as Power BI. There was a plan to use Oracle's analytics for contract performance insights, but we opted not to proceed as our company is purchasing the full Microsoft 365 license, which includes Power BI. I do not have experience with managing complex service agreements with multiple assets. I rate Oracle E-Business Suite Service Contracts a seven out of ten because while it has excellent features and is straightforward for customization and integration, the UI and UX remain poor, creating challenges for users working with the application. Oracle Fusion offers a more user-friendly UI, whereas Oracle E-Business Suite Service Contracts has a more complex interface.
