It provides seamless omnichannel support for easily identifying the source of leads which saves a lot of time. Not many companies offer omnichannel support.  The software sends automated messages for customers' birthdays and anniversaries. Our customers love it. My company benefited from the…

Has enabled seamless integration across platforms while supporting advanced analytics for customer insights
Microsoft Dynamics CRM doesn't provide solutions that allow you to transform easily if you have a heterogeneous mix of technologies or if your contact center is on analog and you try to digitize it. A lot of custom work is needed if you have to integrate heterogeneous technologies with the Microsoft suite, but if you are using the Microsoft suite, then it's quite seamless. Microsoft Dynamics CRM should add commercial models that allow smaller companies to use it because it can get pretty expensive. Better commercial options for smaller implementations may be helpful. There should be commercial options for smaller companies, as the overheads and costs of Dynamics can be quite high.

Pros

"The software can be easily accessed and operated with minimal training. All our employees are able to use the software without much practice."
"My company benefited from the sales analysis funnel which has given a beautiful visual representation of sales deal closures."
"The software sends automated messages for customers' birthdays and anniversaries."
"The most valuable feature of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is its integration with Outlook and other Microsoft products like Microsoft 365, which includes emails, Teams, and SharePoint."
"Microsoft Dynamics is user-friendly and intuitive."
"The integration with the Microsoft suite, such as Office 365 and SharePoint, offers significant benefits for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, as ninety percent of organizations are already on the Microsoft suite, leading to quick integration and system setup."
"The support is brilliant. All OEMs are pretty helpful."
"We have received a high ROI from using Microsoft Dynamics CRM considering it's such a vital part of our organization's entire operations and its ability to consistently be upgraded to have new features and benefits and integrations with emerging software."
"The most valuable features are the integration capabilities with other third-party software. It has an easy user interface and in terms of security, it has permission-based access for different users."
"The solution is easy to use and stable. It offers a 360-degree view of your customers. It allows you to track interactions, giving you full visibility into customer habits and behavior"
"It ensures that there's continuity, and you don't have to start asking the customer about what happened. From CRM, you can easily see all the interactions and events in the record and take it from there."

Cons

"One or two leads may go missing due to downtime."
"While generating graphical representations, the software got hung."
"One or two leads may go missing due to downtime."
"It would be a little bit easier if there were better ways to configure and modify native add-ins or plugins."
"Microsoft Dynamics could have better note-taking capabilities. It should have more preset options where you enter notes by clicking a box instead of writing them out."
"Microsoft Dynamics CRM could improve by being more user-friendly and having a better design."
"Microsoft Dynamics CRM could improve by being more user-friendly."
"It could be less complicated for smaller organizations."
"The main issue with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is that its GUI isn't very attractive. Overall, the solution has the same functionalities as other CRMs such as Salesforce, but Salesforce is much simpler to use. Microsoft Dynamics CRM is complicated to use, and this is another area for improvement. It was also more difficult to set up the solution, so its setup could still be improved. What I'd like to see in the next version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a cleaner user interface because currently, it looks messy to me. Salesforce CRM has a better, more simplified user interface that makes it easier for you to get what you need, while in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you have to put in a lot of effort to get things done."
"Microsoft Dynamics CRM is not that customizable, you can customize it, but a lot of it is still pre-built in a way that you have a lot of details in there that you don't need."
"Microsoft Dynamics CRM needs to improve its integrations."
