Oracle's support is not that good for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. Their support is expensive, and I don't think you're getting your bang for your buck. For the cloud product, they do give you support, but everything is online and you might not get somebody. I would give Oracle's support for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne about a 6.5 on a scale of one to 10.

Outages can be managed and performed in a shorter period of time. It is compliant with best practice guidelines.
An improvement for this product would be to have more pre-defined key performance indicators for the plant managers. The product provides several baseline reports, dashboards and KPIs that provide insight into specific business operations, displayed in graphical terms or as detailed reports. The presented information can be used to influence business decisions by presenting a clear picture of the selected indicators that show how a business functions. If the product has from the beginning more pre-defined indicators, the plant managers can benefit more from the beginning from the product implementation. Of course any time a new indicator can be developed according to the specific requests, but this will take time.
